Jason shook his head," No, Ty is the last person I need to talk to right now. Just," he stood and embraced Alice tightly. He was trembling," We can't let Ashley find out." He said softly.

Janie nodded to Isamu," I'll punch the name in the computers and see if we get anything close to that here in Miami. It'll give us a place to start."

Dylin walked in, looking a bit shaken," I'm sorry Isamu, what was it you wanted to talk about?"

At the same time, Tom and Beth happened acrossed them.

Ryne smirked, " We probly should have too much. I don't remember being offered any downtime."

* * * * * *

Arc looked around again. " I'll tell you what. I've got a deal for you. You work out protection for me, and I'll give you everything you want to know. I want to be able to slip away to my family without having to watch my back. Can your boss arrange that?"

[Dome]

Isamu looks at Dylin for a moment, wondering what happened, but pushing it to the side mentally.

He says, "There is something that you and Alice should know about. Something from my families past, that may affect all of us. I did not tell Ashley, but it may be best if I leave for a while to draw this threat away from everyone else."

He then explains everything from the note to Dylin.

*writes down somehting and leaves it face down on the table near Arc a s she stands. 'i'll do what i can. thanks for coffee Uncle Dave. i've gotta get to work now. let's go K-man'

*she smiles and gives a small wave and heads to the door holding Kristian's hand. she can only hope that he'll take that paper with her number on it. she turns and gives a thumbs up to Arc so he knows the area's 'clear' and heads out. on the paper is her cell and a quick note ~only way to catch me. see ya~

Tom looks at the others. "Uhm, would it possible to arrange for someone to drive Beth here home? Assuming that's a safe option?"

Deci is confused and worried it might be hitting him harder then she thought when he said should probably. Either that or was a wrong slip of the tongue. "You are probably correct. Still it might have been nice!" She continues sipping the drink she has but does not guzzle it at all.

Alice lets out a sigh of relief as she hugs Jason tightly. "I agree," Alice says softly "about Ashley, I mean. It would hurt her too much, I think, if she knew."

[dakota]

" I think she'd lose control again." Jason replied. " Alice, I think I need to get away from everything for a while, get my head on straight . You know?" He extended his arms so he could look Alice in the face and smiled. " I think it's time your family met your fiance, even if he is a test tube science project."

Ryne stood up to stretch, and it was clear Deci was right, the alcohol was hitting him hard as his balance wasn't very good. He looked at Deci, laughing," How much did you put in this?"

Tom and Beth had arrived as Isamu was explaining and heard everything. Dylin looked at the pair," Of course. I beleive either Ryne or Dmitri are free, unless Isamu wants to do it himself?" The team's advisor gave Beth a peculiar look, " Young lady, is something wrong?"

Beth just looked at Isamu," Just that name, Xue Zhang. It's coincidence I guess. Xue is the chinese equivalent to Leo. The mayor's name is Leo Siang, and his nephew works for him is named Xue Siang." She looked at Tom," He was on the fight cruise. You don't think it's possible..."

"My dear, " Dylin said," In this business, everything is possible. And it might explain a fair bit."

Sierra saw Arc pick up the paper as she and Kristian left. Kristian spoke as they headed towards the beach house," There's something not right about that mon. It was like he wanted to help us. Smells like a set up to me."

Tom looks at Dylin. "Really? Can I be clued in to?"

"I dumped a full bottle in there I guess. How much was I supposed to put in after all." Deci jumps up and steadies to the best of her ability despite being bigger then she is. "Well we could invite others down, let them drink and get more intoxicated, then no one would care how you are!" She looks up to him with a grin. "Otherwise I can help you if you want, or whatever."

" I... I better just sit down." Ryne said, letting himself drop from Deci's grip to hit the steps with a bang. " I never could handle my liquor very... hey, the whole bottle? Holy crap Deci. No wonder I'm not feeling good."

Mac looked at Tom," I forgot, you joined later. Alice gave me a recording of a young asian man inside city hall that passed through a cart much like a ghost, or spirit. If this is the same person Isamu' received the warning about, then it might explain why the mayor has a hit squad hired that seems to have issue with our help. I doubt he knew Isamu was here, but now that he does, I'm certain he will focus his attention on our activities. Does that make a little more sense?" He looked at both men.

"Slightly - so the Mayor is tied in with what? Asian supergangs?" Tom raises an eyebrow.

"Well I don't know how much goes in. I mean heck I am not even old enough to drink down here and just turned legal this year up in BC Canada. I am sorry!" She does feel bad about the entire thing. "You know if we can get others to enjoy it no one will notice?" She says the last part with a minor grin trying to improve the situation.

"But I can understand if you want some privacy as well!"

[Dome]

Isamu looks shocked for a moment as he makes all the connections in his mind. He says, "perhaps it is time I leave the group. If I can divert the attention of the mayor away from the team, perhaps they can gain some advantage over him."

[Mierin]

Alice smiles up at Jason as she replies softly "I like that idea." She looks into Jason's eyes and says "I think they would like you." Alice takes Jason's hand as she adds "It would be nice to visit home too. I haven't gone back much since I've moved here."

"Can't say I agree Isamu. Your knowledge might be the first real lead we've had on the Mayor or what he's really up to." Tom responds.
