Deci does let the comment slide about her mother (Cynthia actually but June works too) especially seeing she did wipe some of the ice chunks away. Once her Grandmother is in the chair she checks to make sure all is ok and hugs her one more time. "Thank-you. I promise I will tell you the how and why later, but I am going to be doing some good."
She then follows Ryne and her Father into the house.

Sierra pauses and lifts the cell to take another picture of a building corner. 'wow, the building are just so cool ... '
*she allows herself to be guided away by Kristian and calls the house one last time. 'hey .. you'll never guess what i saw? .. the scroll work on the corner pieces would look great on that cake you're baking .. here .. see what i mean? .. it simply catches your attention. sending now .. '
*she sends the pics that she's taken the second is the man's face and hte police arriving in the side. she hopes that Janie can make sense of the odd comments but the pics are sent and she takes the memory card chip out of the phone and pockets it .. just in case
'oh jeez .. i hit delete instead ... i'm such a dummy .... ' *she seems to switch persona's quickly without missing a beat. 'sorry .. i thought i sent, but hit delete .. oh jeez .. i hung up on them too .. now i feel really stupid ... ' *she closes the phone and puts it into a pocket and moves along with Kristian again, acting like the air-headed tourist type.

Kristian was doing all he could not to laugh until two of the police officers are sent flying backwards by a blast of electricity, followed by an enraged shout," I told him I was out!"
"Got it Si, I'll get to work.' Janie replied.

" I think that'll do." Jason replied, " unless you've got anything on Rags?"
" You're obsessed, Dexter." Cerebro stated, his hands on his hips. He looked at Alice," Honey, get this man a hobby." He looked back at Jason. " It's already in there. No extra charge, you can repay me for it sometime down the road."

'looks like its us this time .. wonder if there's a way nearer them. oh cut it already *restrained whap to the arm* .. i needed to do that in case they were listening to us or planned on taking the phone. i just wiped all incoming and outgoing calls. got the photo card too. told who he was out?'
*she creeps behind a vehicle, then darts across the street. she tries to get to a spot that she can see what's happening before making her decision. chances are she may just bolt the line of cars and into the fray. but for now, she'll take a look.

She pauses before going into exactly what the meteor did. "When the meteor hit it took me through the ice into the water where I found out very quickly that I do not need to breathe anymore, I am immune to cold and can manipulate it to however I need or want, but when I lose control of my emotions I can not keep control of the power. I can fly now and I heal super fast."
"About the team I can not tell you much which is why I brought Ryne with me!" She turns to Ryne in hopes he fills in the gaps, not yet giving her father a moment to speak.

"Alright, lets do it." Sara says, moving around Isamu and towards the house. With a few steps she vaults up to the roof and starts the process of peeking through windows looking for their reporter in distress.

Isamu watches Sara get to the roof. He taps his band-aidio. "Avery, Dimitri are you in position?"
Once they tell him they are he says, "lets go, Tom, take the gates." stepping to the side and motioning to the gates.

Sierra gets in position in time to see one of the SWAT tazer the older man. He turned and laughed. " Dont you do your homework? A bolt of electricity jumped from his hands, leveling both cops.
* * * * *
" Will she be safe?" Mr. Winters asked.
Ryne nodded. " We'll do everything we can to keep your daughter out of harm's way."
" That's all I can ask. I..." A knock on the door interrupted her father.
A gruff voice came from the other side. " Miami police. Open up please."
* * * * *
" At the back door." Avi replied. " Much better than waiting in the car."
The gate latch popped easily to let Tom and Isamu in.
As Sara reached the roof, she knew from the sounds inside she was above whoever needed help. none of the windows were open.

Deci looks immensely confused at the announcement at the door, especially since they announced themselves like they were there with immediate purpose instead of just ringing the door bell and waiting. Especially since that her father is a lawyer and as far as she knew well respected in the city. "I wonder why they are here? Daddy, do you have any ideas?"

Alice smirks a little and replies "I try to give him other things to focus on." Feeling Jason shudder, she squeezes his hand gently and tells Carmine "Thank you for your help. It is appreciated."

Sara moves to the nearest window, and mostly the nearest one to where the girl was located. She scans inside best she can to see if anyone is waiting for some hapless soul to come by. That left how to open the window without tipping off Rags or whoever else that could be inside. In most cases people leave their upstairs windows unlock under the notion that someone really isn't going to be coming inside. Granted, in the world of people with super powers...
Sara tests the window to see if its unlock. Failing that, she will draw her energy sword and ignite it. With careful intent she will cut a hole in the glass so she can insert her arm and unfasten the latches to allow herself access to the inside of the house.
