Balus staggered a bit. He felt something trickling his lip. He touched at it, and his fingers came back bloodied. " Wow, there's a first time for everything. Too bad it had to be such an ugly bastard so no one can notice how bad I'm gonna mess you up." Balus stepped forward to throw an uppercut.

Krystal acts without thinking and dives at the nightwitch while throwing a forcefield around them with what remaining SDC she has, making sure this one is air tight though. (1300 SDC)

Balus wiped the blood from his lip. " Looking forward to it". He then held out his hand and unleashed an enrgy blast directed towards the jetpack before he got out of range

Balus' shot burns into the side of the jetpack, but with limited damage as Hammerjack lifts away. Balus can see Spike-Tail is barely managing to hold his own against Skullknocker, Slinger and Six-Barrel.
Nightwitch is barely caught by Krystal, but smiles. "ooh...tough girl? What? You going to kill me? Or you going to let me go so I don't kill all those people down there with a tornado?"

"No. I think you will kill all those innocent people regardless of what I do. So I propose this. If you stop the tornado first I will let you go, but as it is I am raising the levels of radiation in this bubble step by step. If left untreated you will not survive. You have already felt one blast of it already!" She does her best to bluff her way out of this but to ensure that her point is made she does light her hands with the energy from her radiation powers. She does not believe her that she will release the tornado and if anything she will have the culprit that caused the deaths.
Trust/Intimidate - [dice=100]/40%
(OOC - not sure if this is applicable or not, basically she is trying to release the radiation and heat to try to make her sick but not actually blast her as there is 1 - 30% chance of sickness!)

Balus took a moment to look where Krystal was, and seeing she seemed to be okay, he broke into a charge towards Spike Tail's party. Hoping to catch them offguard, he through himself at the largest of the group, trying to tackle him. (Skullknocker)

The two soldiers agree to shake hands, both glaring at each other as they do so. You can hear the other soldiers behind you snickering.

"Let me go or they'll all die and you'll be responsible" Nightwitch pleas.
Balus knocks the larger Bio-Freak into the building across the street, the shockwave shattering windows and setting off alarms. The monstrous villain is down.
Slinger disengages from his fight with Spike-tail. "No way in hell I'm dealing with this for any money." as he runs away. Six-Barrel, conversely, starts emptying all his ammo on Balus to no effect (other than shredding his clothing).

Krystal tries to continue her bluff for one more round.
Trust/Intimidate - [dice=100]/40% (Nice pass again)
"No you listen to me. You are the one in trouble here as well. If you do not end that tornado now! I will make sure that instead of them curing you that you will die a painfully slow death at the hands of radiation poisoning that you no doubt are feeling racing through your veins. That in itself will be a slow but painful death. If you do end it now, look at it this way, whatever group you are with will want to free you and the doctors will want you to stand for trial giving them ample time to rescue you." She hopes the reasoning and threat are sound. She knows that this is a complete bluff and she will release the forcefield with her secondary plan if she does not jump on the bait.
She does however create a small hole in the forcefield, not enough for her to escape but big enough to use her powers through. "THERE IS YOUR HOLE NOW END THE TORNADO OR ELSE!!"

Upho turns and glares at all the other soldiers, "any of you have a problem that we need to discuss," he asks raising the bass in his voice. "If not, I suggest you all get moving. NOW!"
He watches as the soldiers get moving again, After a moment he turns back to the two he says, "I didn't mean to embarrass either one of you. I want you both to move on from this, especially if you serve together. Dismissed soldiers."

Balus flinched despite the shots not hurting. He turned his attention to Spike Tail. He motioned to what was left of the building acrossed the street," sorry about the damage. are you okay, sir?" The his mind kicked in and his attention turned to Krystal above.

Nightwitch groans. "Fine, I give." The storm disperses.
Spike tail swings his tail and smashes the optical receptors of Six-Barrel before taking him down with a leg sweep. "Relax trooper. You didn't do anything I didn't do better back when I was your age." He smirks. "Not bad at all." You can for a moment see him as the young rebel hero instead of the wiser police captain he's become.
