With the creature subdued and tied up, the two remaining employees were beginning to get curious and were creeping towards Cap and DD. One had a baseball bat that waivered from his nervousness while he cowered behind the other.

Captain America looks at the two men. "Alright gentlemen, it's safe, but you have to be careful. I need you to get any local authorities and get them to guard this creature. Tell them to make wide band broacasts of our location and the situation on every frequency they can. My friend and I have to find a mineshaft - could you be so kind as to give directions?" The Avenger smiles.

Both clerks nodded and agreed. The teen did one better than Cap's request and returned with a map of the town that showed the old mine shaft in the middle of town. Reading the map, Cap could tell it was probably what Tabitha had found when he had sent her to find somewheres to hold the Wendigo.

As Cap exited the building ( assuming DD in tow) and headed towards the mine, a lone figure was in the middle of one of the streets despite the storm had picked up enough to drive any sane person inside. He could barely hear someone calling out ( though Daredevil's hearing let him hear it quite clearly. " Captain! Captain! Wait up! I found it!" Tabitha called out over the blowing winds.
There was a blur of something white behind her when a massive paw struck her from behind. The impact drove her to one knee, but her metallic form protected her as another voice cut through the storm, " WENDIGO!"
Tabitha stood up and began to turn. Cap couldn't hear her, but DD plainly heard. " You stupid son of a ..."
(OOC: The storm's winds and blowing snow will hinder DD while he is outdoors. His radar are still there, but the ranges are drastically reduced (1/4). It's equivalent to a bad case of nearsightedness.)

Captain America gets a slight smile. "Lead the creature this way!" motions, taunting the Wendigo to follow him.

After retrieving his pack, and spare billy club DD accompanies Cap towards the mine. He stops as Tabitha shows up and the creature hits her. "Wendigo another friend of yours Cap? Anything like what we just dealt with?"

" You want WHAT?" Tabitha shouted as she turned back towards Cap, leaving herself open to get clocked again, this time skidding in the fresh snow along the road. She got back up, a little slower this time. " You better have a really good reason."
If either DD or Cap watch over their shoulders, they can see Tabitha had gone intangible was following the men, with the Wendigo close behind, it's claws passing through her as it swung at her.

Finding the mineshaft easily, Tabitha and Wendigo were closing quickly. She slowed him by letting the beast pass through her and when it tried to stop, then send it sprawling with an uppercut. as it was getting up, she called out to Cap and DD, " I can keep this up for a while, but eventually the big dummy is gonna tire of me no matter how I try to get it's attention."
There was light and signs of recent movement inside the shaft entrance, despite warnings posted to keep out.

Daredevil looks down into the mine shaft. Using his radar he quickly maps out the inside before following Cap in.

As Captain America continued into the mineshaft with Daredevil in tow , and Tabitha leading the Wendigo not far behind, the deeper he got the less it looked live a mineshaft and more like a brood hive. But there were no brood to be seen
Tabitha's shriek was the first indication of trouble, the same screech she had made aboard the helicarrier when she had come face to face with the Brood Queen. But the Wendigo continued to roar it's name despite sounds of a scuffle
ahead strangely was a door. Two small Brood sleazoids crawled into sight to block it. Both of them leapt at the pair of heroes on sight. [ 16 to strike DD, 18 to strike Cap]
