Cap, aware of Daredevil's hypersenses, simply remains quiet.

Not being able to distingush the smell of blood on the killer and the blood before him, Daredevil tries to listen for a heartbeat and track that instead.

DD could hear three different heartbeats. the rapid fluttering of the fleeing teen, the laboured thump of a labouring heart and a slowly beat of an off rhythm on the far side of the huge building, just barely audible, even to his hearing.

"This way," Says DD as he begins working his way, leading cap through the warehouse, towards the labouring heart he heard.

Cap follows, his shield at the ready.

DD leads them to an overweight clerk, steadying stacking boxes with the sweat pouring off him. He looks up and drops the box he was holding.

Behind them, the off rhythm beat was circling .

[Dome]

"You need to get out of here, now," he says to the clerk. He Points in the opposite direction from the other beat and says, "go that way, fast. Captain any idea what we are dealing with here? I mean it eviscerated that other guy. Whatever it is, its over there," he says and points in the direction he hears the beat, "its circling."

Cap moves in the direction DD indicates at top speed.

As Cap neared, he could see the near glow of the otherwise shadowy figure in SHIELD uniform. It stopped moving and stood defiantly, licking dried blood from it's three clawed hand, " We like the salty taste of your blood." Cap had seen brood infected human aboard the helicarrier, but it was something new to DD

"Taste this." Cap responds with a Shield strike to the jaw of the creature.

The creature leaned to the side as the shield spun past it. It smiled, showing a mouth full of jagged teeth. " You're not the ones I want. Too much effort." It broke into a rundown an alley of crate, towards where the clerk had run, seeking easier prey.[rand=477627799260463138789434449855453836791857779165622947947280465]

"After him" as Cap persues, leaping to try and catch him.

[Dome]

Daredevil leaps into action and tries to catch up to the creature he uses his radar and tries to determine if there is some higher ground he can latch onto with his billy club to get up and over to the creature.

DD knew the brood infeted was at least as fast as Cap as it tore down the crate aisle. The only thing Captain America's dive catches was his shield as it returned while getting back to his feet.

Overhead, the rafters were exposed, but nearly 12 feet in the air. However, the uneven rows of crates were much closer to them than the floor.

DD uses his billy club's hook line to catch one of the rafters up ahead and past the fleeing creature and uses it to fling himself into the air and flips in the air attempting to land a kick to the back of the creature.
