Several blocks along the beach, the threesome spotted a large boardwalk stripmall that had both a fabric store and several fashion outlet stores.

*points out a parking spot just ahead in view of both shops. she finger combs her hair so it covers the strange tips to the ears and is ready to look and buy fabric.

Deci actually pulls into the spot that Sierra points out and after turning off the engine looks mighty proud of herself! "Wow I actually managed to do that without hitting anything." Deci says with a grin before turning to Sara, "what I find funny is that they gave me the Keys instead of giving them to you Sara. I imagine you are the most experienced driver out of all of us here today!"
With that Deci jumps out of the vehicle and prepares to head in, looking at the stores before her and only barely recognizing the names. Only because her grandmother on her fathers side wanted her to buy stuff there. Heck it is not my fault if daddy raised me like a boy playing sports instead of a proper young lady. And mom did not really fight it either so long as I was happy! She thinks to herself before turning to the other two ladies.
Sighing audibly, "OK I will admit and I hate to do this but I will probably need as much help as possible as well." Taking a look at her choices and realizing from what Sierra has told her that Sara will be the better choice to ask!

"Won't get at driving if you don't drive." Sara responds to the issue about Deci driving. Also, as long as she hits no one, she was fine with it. Sara smiles and pauses at the first store that they come up too.
"Oh I love to shop when I can. I'll be happy to help you with shopping."

"Well then I am very glad we brought you along then. Then my suggestion is to hit everything other then the fabric store first as it will be easier and if we have a large amount at the fabric store then we would have too carry it around the mall." Turning to Sierra and mouthing the words "sorry!"
"Well then Sara as the experienced shopper it is you job to lead the way!" Deci says while motioning for her to take the lead or input direction!

*Si looks at Deci and shrugs once and says nothing as she moves along behind them. her eyes take in the types of clothing in the windows and what people are wearing to get a better idea. the shoe department catches her attention more than the clothing as she examines runners and dress shoes.
*one eye is kept on the others while she looks at patterns of clothing and such. she pulls off a dress and holds it at arms length studying it then shakes her head and puts it away. 'they consider this top line? .. scary' *moves to another rack to examine the tops found there

She pulls out a dress with clearance for cleavage and short skirt. She holds it against herself to see how it would look. Hearing Deci question she responds, "No, just my face and hair. The rest is filled with ballistic gelatin." With a cute little smirk she puts the dress back and thumbs through a few more. |

(OOC - was actually sierra that asked about the changing but neither here nor there)
Deci's looks lost in this *strange land* of a womans clothing store. In her mind if it is not practical, can not work out in it or surf in it then what is the point. Deci tries her best fingering through several items of clothes trying to think what would look good on her but comes up with nothing.
"This is sooo not my realm of skill here." She speaks to herself while continuing to look.

'lets see .. right off, i'ld say expose the legs and arms .. light and breezy material .. maybe in the range of ... ' *uses her color sense and artistic ability to pick the best colors for skin, hair and eyes combo
'but that's my choice for you. other people will see you as .. i dunno .. average and only able to wear things that make you look frumpy. avoid the large prints .. a splash of color to accent body parts i guess'
*she looks about and grabs a few items off the shelf 'here .. go find the changeroom and see if these fit or even make you feel 'happy' and 'i just gotta have' ... '

"There is absolutely nothing wrong with being average Sierra! I was happy being average before I came into my abilities. I mean other then my surfing buddies staring at me." Deci says as she takes the clothes handed to her by Sierra and walks into the change room with the clothes that Sierrra picked out for her. The colours are definitely not her usual option seeing the greys and browns she usually picks are much easier to co-ordinate.
She comes out with the first outfit, strikes a pose and says "Tah-dah!" Waiting for the opinions of the others because this is definitely something she would not pick for herself.

*that said, Sierra moves off about 5 feet to examine clothes on another rack. she gave Deci a smile and a shrug and gave Sarah a rolled eyes look once her back was turned. she resumes studying the clothes that are currently here while the other two poke about the clothes.
*she puts together a couple of outfits that at first glance don't seem to go together, glances at Sarah then moves over and hands her the 3 outfits to try on. 'you seem to be braver .. try these .. ' *the sizing is dead on and the color while not the first choice is actually awesome to look at

Sara smiles and accepts the offered outfits and goes to try them on. "I'll be happy too, Sierra."
Sara bounces into the changing room and goes through the process of putting on the outfits and coming out to show off to the rest of the girls. Darin indeed as she has no problem with what Sierra picked out for her.
"oh, I definitely like this one. Hehe."

'color doesn't wash the skin out .. looks good .. easier to mix and match once you have the escencials down .. now .. a little black dress .. i think ... hmmm ... maybe another store. try the others on and lets see .. not sure about some of the colors. i did hear purple said earlier .... '
