As they talk and walk Foreman leads her away from the bar and the ship. "I know there's not much up here, but it is nice to get out and stretch our legs. Change of scenery and all that. MJ you understand why I had second thoughts right? I mean, I don't want you to think for one minute that its because your not desirable, because you definitely are. Definitely, its just that I was taught to respect women and treat them right, and I didn't want my desire to get the better of me."

Most of the ones that I have seen succeed were those where the people developed a relationship before making things um..."physical." I've also seen people that just want a physical relationship and sometimes they act all tense and awkward around each other afterward."

" It makes sense." McKenna replied flatly, her grin fading. " The problem is I've had that line before. Usually when I come on too strong and scare the guy off. Gotcha." She winked and turned away. " Go back to the bar with the boys and have a good time, Flip. I'll see you in the morning." she started to walk toward the docking bay.

Flip ran and caught up to her, "its going to take more than that to get rid of me. You didn't scare me off. If you did I would be inside, or I would just let you walk away. I told you, and I am serious, I like you. I like you alot. And not just because your gorgeous ok. The idea of spending time with you excites me, however we spend that time. I'm sorry, I get all turned around in my head sometimes. I'm just trying to explain that I want you for more than your looks. Guess it came out wrong."

OK!
To tie things up:
The ship was repaired on time and on budget, Tawfeek landed a major contract, Dome and McKenna... chatted and bonded. Those girls in the bar were a bunch of teases, and Xavier got hired.
Jessica discovered that the guns utilized a lot of older weapon concepts, but the higher grade of materials made it possible. Replicating it would be doable only on a crude scale while she was on the ship, if she could lay her hands on the materials.
Chapter 6, y'all!
