I was just curious on peoples Role Playing backgrounds and nobody has used this "Two Cents Soapbox" So I said what the crap why not. I know its for gripes about the game but right now we have none so if y'all want to fill out this poll got for it. As I said before I was just trying to get a feel for your backgrounds... Me personally have played all of these plus others

Since I have to pick only one on the list, I'll go with HU. I've played quite a few of the games on the list, but actually my favorites outside of Rifts aren't on your list. Though I don't play it much any more, West End Games D6 Star Wars 2nd Edition is my favorite RPG. Fast paced, easy to learn system based on the greatest movies of all time ( And I don't mean any of that prequel crap ! ).

And 2nd Edition Gamma World will always hold a special place in my heart as the game that hooked me to RPG's. It wasn't the first one I'd played, but it certainly drew me to gaming (didn't everyone who started gaming in the 80's start with DnD on some level ? )

I voted Robotech because well that was the first game that I started GMing on and it was a really fun time for me and my players. My first gaming was Adnd 2nd then moved from that to rifts and other palladium systems, Nightbane has held a place in me dark heart because of the awesome feel of the game but unfortunately I have never been able to play in a straight nightbane game. Had a few games that started off nightbane but ended up becoming crossovers or Rifts. also have played adnd 3rd ed.

i started on d&d 2ed .. now i'm trying [stresses the word "trying" ] to relearn enough to partake in 3.5 games .. seems a hopeless cause for me. i play some HU .. i've tried NightBane, and dislike it due to the fact that none of my chars seem to survive without braindamage of sorts .. i don't know enough of RT to want to play it, the rest? .. no real idea what they're about .. sorry

Have never played D&D - EVER. No, I'm not kidding Currently I'm enjoying HU2 and am in a couple of Nightbane games as well as a couple of rifts games.
