Do you mean the Palladium world? Or just the system? Right now the campaign is on Palladium, but it started out on Heroes Earth, and made a brief stop on a future Cyber Earth before coming to Palladium.
There will be a good opportunity for new characters shortly, though the characters don't know it they are likely on their way off of Palladium shortly. So there are opportunities for characters from Palladium to tag along and also for other characters to be on the new world.
You can check out the Cast of Characters section for character advice and to see how your ideas fit in with the other characters.

Ha! Looks like Romidus and Sapphire have something in common... both recently freed.
What direction does the group set out in?
The cliff runs northeast to southwest. There isn't anything visible on the horizon that would indicate a direction to travel.

Question of clarity, as I think I'm confused: The group is at the bottom of the cliff, not the top?

Did anyone/everyone understand the giant's diagrams? Will there be an attempt to verify using non-verbal communication or telepathy?

I didn't understand. But I could have Romidus try to read her mind.

I have returned, and will be catching up (so to speak). I should be posting for Bellephoebe soon. Apologies for the delay.
... and also before anyone asks, I went to Universal Studios and Sea World (both in Florida) it was quite fun.

I live in florida, but haven't been to those places since i was a kid. Glad you have fun, oh, and who is Bellephoebie? My character, she's been in the character list for a while. She's a character I played on EU that the GM let me use for this game with some changes (very long running one, I put like 4 years into playing her). Apparently she is supposed to have arrived with a character named Alex but has been being quiet while we finished working on the character, and then I wasn't here due to vacation once it was finished). I need to do some reading to find out where she is exactly (a bit confused on that poin) before I post anything. I should have something up shortly.

Allen, not Alex, my mistake.
At any rate, sorry if this is a bit sudden but I came up with a reason why Bellephoebe hasn't said anything until now (given that she arrived with the Camels) and posted for her. I'll have to check the site to see how to do die rolls and such (since I see a special roll thing in a couple of posts). I will do a die roll for Cryptography if need be, and am willing to accept the GM rolling if need be for the moment.
At any rate, I should be here for the long haul, and you should have plenty of warning if I'm going to disappear for another vacation or whatever (unlikely since I'm utterly broke at the moment).

While including Allen in your post, please note:
Allen is in his facade (human form), and has been probably since Bellephoebe met him. He would not be carrying him, but would have strapped her to a camel while he went about helping the rest of the group.
He, in fact, would not be trying to turn into Streetwise (the Were-Griffon, not an actual griffon, so he is not a riding animal) on this world, unless absolutely necessary, in case the magic halted him from the transformation, or did worse to him. Also, a Were-griffon eats more than a human, so being Allen makes more sense, especially if he's only transforming to do a camel's work.
Also, please consult me the next time you want to have Allen/Streetwise do something.

Also, please consult me the next time you want to have Allen/Streetwise do something. I didn't. Bellephoebe has a literal Gryphon mount. To be honest I didn't read the character sheets that closely and did not realize that Allen's morphus was a Gryphon. I wasn't trying to portray her as being TOTALLY Comatose, just out of it and having been sleeping on her mount as a result. The Gryphon plodding along behind the group. Sorry for any misunderstandings. As it is, I'm still waiting for our intrepid GM to roll the Gryphon's stats (as mentioned on Belle's sheet). No rush on it though, he told me to assume they were close to the top, so I figure it would have had no problem keeping up with the Camels on the ground. If you want me to edit my post in response to what you posted that is fine too. I was not declaring actions for your character though (I don't do that). Again, apologies.

Actually, I noticed Romidus made the same switch. I've been mentioning the griffon on and off in my posts, and I haven't really been specifying that it wasn't Allen.
It was all clear in my brain and i didn't really think about it til I saw Romidus post recently. My bad.
I will typically refer to Allen's alter ego as a Were-Griffon, not a Griffon. I know some writers might call a were-tiger a tiger at times, but I tend not to do that since I feel like it can be unclear.

Ah, honestly, i missed mention of Belle originally, so just converted things in my head assuming the whole time everyone was referring to Allen. I couldn't figure out though how the giantess knew his morphus, so just shrugged it off. My bad.
