As far as saving against intoxication, I don't think it is really possible. The effect the group is fighting uses the same resistance as alcohol. You can build up a tolerance - for example a heavy drinker would have an advantage - as would supernatural creatures.
According to my interpretation, Sapphire would not be effected by alcohol or this intoxication. Aki would be trickier, as she can't be poisoned naturally, so it is debatable whether she would be intoxicated without negative side effects or whether she was immune to alcohol and all its effects. But Aki is susceptible to non-natural effects, and not all of the effects are natural so she is still effected.
Finally, the intoxication is coming from more than one source, which would make saving throws tedious and unlikely to succeed. The characters are welcome to try to resist, but ordinary savings throws won't help.
Allan won't get any drunker in the restroom, which he might notice.

Dakota, Renegambit - did you have any other plans inside Joy's or are we good to skip ahead?

Skipping ahead is OK for me. Allan has to explain what his drunken stupor has suspicioned to him...

Summary.
Deja vu.
Tesla hacked into the security network while the team was in one of the libraries.
While he was researching a terrorist org also called 'harriers'...
He saw three security employees killed by rail gun fire.
Then time shifted and the three employees were still attacked as in the first time but this time they had some kind of energy shields and the rail gun rounds scattered, destroying the room but leaving the three guards alive.
The room was a pottery section in the archaeology building.
Sapphire flew there and zipped in over the heads of the guards, Aki is still outside watching the guards evacuate people and trying to decide what to do.

Aki moves closer. not enough to attract attention, but to observe. much to her surprise Yuri scrambles out of the pack and shakes itself after the bumpy ride.
*the Mongoose hugs the wall then darts inside past feet and sucjh and goes into hiding. Aki looks shocked then yells in Korean as she darts forward trying to grab the beast

My computer fried. I had to get a new one and I'm still working through setting it up and upgrading to Windows 7 software.
I hope to get everything working by this weekend.
Wow! Fun! Wow!

I'll be using my cell phone to post this week. I can read personal messages, but i can't respond to them, so I'll respond to those when I get back.

Were one of your characters waiting to take a familiar?
Apologize for my forgetfulness.... but almost any creature could be found in this arena.
Send me a message if this applies to you. I would also consider pets.

I think Allen has access to one as part of his OCC, but the PC is not in any rush, since being a familiar for a Traveller is a dangerous thing...

There are half a dozen ships that are escaping the isle under Fakir's control. These are bigger frigate or cargo types, to haul all the captives away. Whether to freedom or for resale is anyone's guess. The smaller corsairs, including the one Romidus is on, are either with the isle giants or sympathetic pirates. Romidus probably doesn't much care for them either, but it is obvious that without the mages, gladiators and pirates it would be very hard to defeat the crews of six large ships. There might be a hundred crew per ship... even twenty would be a skeleton crew. and they have mages.

Hey, I've been checking out some of the games on the site and trying to decide which one to apply to. Are there any openings left for this one? It seems fairly interesting, however I know very little about either Doctor Who or Torchwood (I mean I know some, but am not a massive fan of that paticular franchise). The game seems pretty well based in Palladium though, which is why I'm asking.
