Something like this?
- Interests: Exploring the universe, finding interesting rocks, gems, shineys, etc.
- Quirks: Nosey, know-it-all. - Religion: Just not for him. There may be a god out there, like for real, but that god would survive without him going to church every Sunday.
- Psychological background: Allan has an A-type personality. Though he does not always need to be in charge, he does need to feel like people are paying attention to him. At the same time, he strives to ensure that the advice or information he gives, or the actions he takes, are for everyone’s good (making it all the more frustrating if he is ignored).
General history: Allan got his start on the Earth, after Dark Day began. As a youth, with an inquisitive mind, he was brought into the fold of the Lightbringers, a freedom-fighting faction of that world. It was with the Lightbringers that he learned to function as Streetwise, his Morphus.
An assault against the Nightlords brought Allan into the Nightlands, where he had lived for countless years, fighting the demons of the night. In the Nightlands, Allan learned the ways of a Traveller Shifter.
After escaping the Nightlands and returning, Allan found his Earth had changed significantly during his absence. Instead of staying and making the best of it, Allan decided to uses his magical abilities to travel between dimensions, promising to check in on his homeworld once in a while.
Since that day, Allan has travelled from dimension to dimension, learning and exploring.
Equipment – as shown in the character sheet

Distance problem will not work, just in case a minion is sent off on a long distance. Instead how about some simple commands built in that has to be obeyed, stop, return and an obey command that can only be issued once or twice a day. Punishment could be indescribeable pain or something along those line possibly a saving throw against psionics of some sort. Personally if it was blindness going through what she did I would just stay screw it and move on!

Hmmm... I see what you mean. What about making the control collar more of a "skill" to use, like certain poorly designed video games. That is, it would be tough to use initially, but the user would get better with practice?

With the background, I think Streetwise is approved. Looks good.

Skill to use is fine, would leave it up to you on how you would proceed, I do not mind either way. But the skill idea works for me, if you even wanted a combination of both, skill and plausible saving throw to obey. Only thing that would be absolute woudl be not to kill or to protect thine master!

We've got 2.8, 2.9 characters so far. Good work. Waiting on a couple more to expand a few details and then we can get started, I'm not too worried if we have others who want to join later, I'm sure this adventure will have lots of good "ins."

Electrokinesis is good. That should come in handy.

I was thinking of playing a demi-god Ancient Martial Arts master from the Heroes book. He is the son of Fujin, the god of wind.

hmm .. i could try to revamp a Beastmaster. with a ferret instead of a white panther. make it a little more 'modern' as in a child raised from a plane crash and sent/returned home to do things ... ?
will need to rethink the 'return' bit out a little more maybe a lemur instead of a ferret .. depending on where she was raised.
let me know

Fujinson: I'm fine with calling the wind god Fujin, but could you pick out an equivalent deity from Rifts: Pantheons? Or would you be fine if I subbed one of their stats for Fujin?
Question: Which martial art or specialty? (Unless you are looking at the 7th printing of Heroes or thereabouts, then ask me what I'm talking about and I'll explain the options). And what demi-god abilities?
Also, I'm going to insist that Fujinson have some kind of weakness(s) and/or unique aspects. The power level isn't what worries me, a human Ancient Master with Tiger Claw Kung Fu might be more powerful than some demi-gods... but Demi-god Ancient Masters tend to be or become more than a little arrogant, and I'd like some "humbling" aspects to the character. I'll provide some ideas if you need suggestions.
****
The beastmaster sounds great. A lemur or other primate would be fairly adaptable. Let me know what you come up with.

Fujinson is equal to Enlil, the Wind God p.40 in Pantheons of the Megaverse
What kind of weakness and/or unique aspects did you have in mind if i go with the ancient martial arts master? in regards to that I'm going to stick with the stuff in the book instead of using another martial arts form.

Foxx,
Excellent. With just the standard Ancient Master I don't think we will need any weaknesses. Which "godling" power were you going to pick?
No need to worry about it, but what i meant by weakness/unique aspect was something to shape the character's interactions with people. Some examples: Vash the Stampede doesn't kill people (personality). Inuyasha transforms into a human at times and sits per Kagome's command. Sesshoumaru typically talks to humans through his vassal, though he sometimes talks to his brother's girlfriend directly.
When you think about it, those three characters above risk being boring if they didn't have those quirks. I mean, no one can really stop them right - their recurring enemies all run away.
I don't think your character will be too far from Sapphire, Tesla or Streetwise, so it shouldn't be a problem. If I made a demi-god ancient master on the other hand...
