Storm tries to read Lazarus's sign language then turns to Derik. "Two men are tied up and two horses are by the campfire talking?" Then shakes his head. "Ok Kurff go back to the camp and drag the others up here while we create a plan, sleep has been canceled."

Lazarus arches a brow and whispers in elvish "Close enough to what I was trying to say" *voice a very quiet whisper* *turning his gaze back on the camp to see what is going on if anything has changed.

"Oh good." Derik says. "I got something else, and it does not bear repeating." Suppressing a shudder, he looks back to the camp. Whispering, he says "Well, what do we do? Kurff, you have the crown, what did you see?"

Two horses are tethered up by a tree and two individuals are sitting by the fire talking. One is human, one is elf. Both have their cloaks wrapped around them as they quietly talk.
The cloaks they wear and the elf's staff are all glowing magic. The swords that are laying beside them are also glowing even brighter. Also the horses armor they are wearing is glowing. You can just see little bits of their armor showing through the cloaks which is also glowing just a bright as the swords, and the helms they have sitting near them also glow. The helms are covered in some type of writing and the heads decorations are in the shapes of a dragons wings rather than horse hair......not something you would see a couple of thieves wear. You can't make out any more than that with the distance you are currently at. Other than that you can't see anything else in the immediate area.

"Ah." Derik breaths. "Alright, Kurff, let the rest of the group know."
He turns to Storm and Lazarus "Thoughts on how to proceed?" Derik Whispers.

Lazarus voice a very quiet whisper in elven, "I see a couple of approaches to this. We could quietly surround the campsite then have our knight here walk in like a lost traveler and test out their intentions, and take it from there. Or we could just quietly surround them and hit them hard."

Storm shrugs, "Either way works for me, but if we go by the "Me walk into the lions den" Then I'm trusting you guys to back me up, I can handle the two thieves only so long." He says as they wait for the rest to arrive.

"Two very well-armed, armoured soldiers." Derik sighs, quietly. "Maybe we just introduce ourselves. I suspect they took the amulet for a reason, if they took it. One of goes in and chats."

Lazarus nods, "I am with either way, who goes in to talk?"

"I'll go." Derik says. Handing Horace's reigns to Lazarus, he says, "Make sure he stays out of trouble."
And then, he proceeds to walk into the firelight. "Hello." He says, on the edge of the heat.

The two immediately look up at the sound of Derik's voice and the elf smiles as you walk towards them, “Ah, the posse has decided to show themselves.....well one of them anyway. Well met stranger.” He says as the Elf grabs his staff and helm and gets up. The human however stays seated and says, “The rest of you can come out of hiding, we know your there. You are all about as stealthy as a Troll.” the elf looks at his human companion and frowns. “Now, now Eric, that's no way to treat our new guests.” “Oh come on Jansis.”, Eric says. “They followed us all the way from Grent for the sole purpose of TRYING ambushing us at some point.” Then the human gets up, and turns to pick up his sword and helm. You can now see he has a battle axe strapped to his back. He turns and looks in the tree line exactly where the rest of you are positioned. Waiting for you to come out or do whatever.

"Oh crap.” Storm says as he looks at Kurff and Lazarus. "Well might as well get out their. If they do anything we can back up Derik.” Storm stands up and putting his hand on his sword walks out until he get's up Derik. “Ho, I am Sir Storm Brightblade." He says with all the show of bravery he can muster.
The elf smiles again as he see's Storm come out and the human starts to laugh. "Well met Storm. I am Jansis Flameblade, and this is Eric Stronghammer. We are Knights of the Order of Dragonwright better known as Dragonknights." Then turns to Derik. "And who might you be?" Jansis asks and then Eric blurts, "And quite frankly what do you want?" Eric asks.

Lazarus takes Horace's reins and regards the animal skeptically till called out of his reverie by the voices of the ones they were watching and their comment about as stealthy as trolls. "Hmph" *he moves into view with Horace's reins in one hand the other resting on the hilt his long sword as he looks the to over appraisingly mentally calculating out what could happen if things go wrong. Making sure his hood's shadows hide most of his face from view.

Derik, unlike Storm and Lazrus, still wasn't threatening. He just wanted to find out about them. Know your paycheck, as it were.
As before, he was cloaked with the scarf, only his dark eyes and really visible, in the firelight.
"You have a lot to say on the matter." He says, after the others introduce themselves. "Except the point."
After a moment, he adds. "All we want is what you've stolen. I am certain Dragonwright is wealthy enough to not need one piddly amulet."
Derik looked like he had no intention to fight. And he didn't. If need be, he would wait until they sleep, or eat, or drink, or something, and fit a nice vial of Hemlock into the equation.
