Sam nods at Dyson "Yeah, I know how you feel. Someone with medical skills would be very nice right about now." Sighing, she adds in a softer tone, "Seriously, though, if you have any ideas as to how we can get Shep some medical attention, share them. I know he's in bad shape."

McCain will continue to fire at the APC trying to draw its fire or at least to continue to slow it down.

Sam nods "All right." To Dyson, she says "Do everything you can to keep Shep alive if possible. I'll try to get us there as quickly as I can." Sam then concentrates on trying to lose their company before heading toward Lone Star as quickly as she is able to make the vehicle go.
