Jason watched Tyler stalk out of the room, and sighed. " That could have gone better."

Alice smiles weakly and hugs Jason lightly, taking care to not aggravate his injuries. "Yeah," she says softly, "it could have gone better, but it could have gone a lot worse." She leans back and says quietly, "I guess you should call him, Mac I mean, and tell him what is going on."

Jason nodded, and took out his cellphone. He hit one of his speeddial and waited for the other end to pick up.
" hi Dylin, listen, I've had second thoughts. I'm going to stay here in Miami."
Jason grinned as he continued," Yeah, something like that."
" how did you... ," he looked at Alice and shook his head, " Mac says hello."
" Okay, I'll keep in touch. and I'm sure you'll hear from Avi."
" You too, take care." He hung up and grinned before hugging Alice again. He whispered in her ear," there, I'm all yours."

Alice returns the hug and smiles quietly. She whispers back "Promise?" She then leans her head on Jason's shoulder and kisses him gently on the neck and cuddles close, careful to not aggravate his injuries.

Jason doesn't resist. In fact he draws Alice even closer as he muttered " I promise" between kisses, but he pulled away embarrased as Tyler hollered at the pair of them from the doorway. " You two aren't using my place to make out."
Jason snickered," Yes mom." He comment only stirred Tyler up more, who stormed out.

Alice giggles and blushes as Tyler storms out of the room. "he's already cranky enough.. maybe he'll lighten up when you tell him you're not going to work for Mac after all."

" No, I better not poke the angry bear anymore." Jason replied, standing up. He helped Alice up, managing to hold in a grimace. " We should get going before I wear our tour welcome anyways. He still likes you, for now at least."

Alice nods at Jason "We should get back to the beach house." Seeing him grimace, she adds "And you *are* going to let someone heal you." She holds up her hands and says "I know, I know, you're fine. But you're not at 100%, and the fact that you can barely get up without grimacing proves it and we need everyone at 100%." Alice rubs her eyes "And I need to meditate or nap or something because I have absolutely no psychic energy left and I'm feeling oddly drained." She looks up at him, silently pleading for him to not be a stubborn jackass about it.

" If that's an order, bosslady." Jason smirked despite his discomfort. " Hey, I got an idea, we both need to rest so why don't we... wait, " his grin turned mischevious, " that wouldn't help recharge your batteries or help me heal out." He fluttered his eyebrows playfully, " I'd risk it though."

"Yes, it is an order." Alice says with a relieved smile.
Alice blinks in surprise and laughs. Her laughter fades softly and she smiles mischievously. "We could always rest afterwards." she replies with a wink.

" WE COULD?" Jason forgets himself and says aloud in suprise, and clears his throat as he catches himself" I mean we could? Um, where to then, home or back to my place? I, uh, oh yeah, where'd I leave my car?" He seemed to go absentminded at her reply.

Alice giggles and gently reminds Jason "It's probably not safe at your place, with what is going on, so we should probably go to the beach house." She grins "And your car is right here. I drove it over here, remember?"

Alice grins and nods "Sounds good to me." She winks at Jason again and heads out to find Tyler and Felicia.

As they said goodbye, Tyler seemed to cool a bit, giving Jason a firm pat on the back as he had fussed over his neice again. Jason looked at his brother, then gave Felicia a kiss to sucessfully make Ty jealous, and made Jason leave ahead of Alice.
When she got to the car, he was sitting inside, waiting for her and grinning from ear to ear.
