Alice nods quietly and heads back to the car. She gets in and once Jason is secure, she'll start driving toward Ty and Felicia's. After a few minutes, she says "There was a couple of things, really. The first was that since Wraith didn't know it was me, he was talking about me. Both he and the other agent, Arc, thought you'd picked up a hooker on the way home, and Wraith mentioned he figured as your ex, I would be mad if I knew you'd been caught with your pants down." Taking advantage of the red light, she glances over at Jason, "Which makes me wonder why he would have called me your ex, since as far as he would know, we were still dating."
When the light turns green again, she focuses on driving, as she continues. "The other thing is that I read Wraith's mind briefly because I was trying to understand why he would be trying to arrest you and throw you into Gramercy. I didn't know if it was just a personal thing or if it was something someone else wanted and why they would want that." She glances at Jason and then back at the road before saying "And I want to preface this with the fact that I am NOT accusing you of anything. When I read his mind I 'heard' the Mayor saying "Bring in the one who collaborated with Ragnarok to allow him to escape. We have to show the good folks of Miami that your presence here is warranted by bring in that troublemaker." It kind of looks like they want to make an example of you, or something. I'm not really sure." Alice glances over at Jason briefly, wondering how he would react.

Jason snickered at the hooker comment, but quickly composed himself, and ignored everything else she said as he replied sharply," Me? Help Rags escape? I damned near killed myself trying to keep that bus from falling into the harbour!" He was definitely offended, but he settled his tone down. " sorry, I'm taking it out on you again. Alice, you of all people should know Rags hates me or he wouldn't have come after me at the hospital. How can you even consider that something in Wraith's mind is true?"

"I know that," Alice says quietly. "I did flat out say I wasn't accusing you of anything AND I mentioned that it was possible that they were trying to set you up to take the fall for something you didn't do. If that is the case, wouldn't you like to know why?"

" Yeah, but how do we do that? If we get anywhere's close to that goon squad, they'll be all over me." Jason replied, motioning for Alice to park in the alley behind Tyler's place.

Alice sighs as she parks in the alley. "I don't know, Jason. I just thought you should know." Putting the car in park, she turns to Jason and says "For all we know it's simply a case of the Mayor telling Wraith to find whoever helped Rags escape, and Wraith figured 'Hey! Not only can I throw the guy I hate into jail for the rest of his life, I get to beat him up AND I'll be seen as a big hero to the city!'"
Alice gets out of the car and waits for Jason, making it silently clear that if he needs help, she'll give it to him, but isn't trying to crowd him and make him feel like he can't take care of himself.

Jason chuckled as he got out, if only to hide a grimace," Okay, now you're scaring me when you can justify that psycho's thought process." He was surprised the door was locked, but he had a key. As they entered, it was oddly quiet," Not like Ty to shut down the shop so early. Wonder where he is?"

The expression on Alice's face shows she doesn't think Jason's comment is funny as they head inside. Smacking herself on the forehead, she says "He's with the others - there's some kind of skirmish going on with the Brethren." Alice tries to contact the other team on her earpiece "Is everyone ok? What's your status?"

Jason looked concerned as he led Alice upstairs. Felicia met them in the doorway, with a finger over her lips," Maria's sleeping. Good to see you." she embraced Jason with all four arms, causing him to wince slightly. She caught it, but knew better than to ask him. So she looked at alice," What did he do this time?"
Isamu answered back acrossed Alice's band-adio, "Some of us were injured, but our mission here is complete. Those with healing abilities are already working on it. We will be heading back shortly "

Alice quickly fills Felicia in on the press conference and how Wraith had tried to arrest Jason when they'd been at his place and how they'd split up and come here so Jason could get some healing for his injuries.
Alice breathes a sigh of relief when she hears that everyone is ok. She replies 'Jason and I are over at Tyler's place with Felicia. He's been hurt and needs some healing as well when Tyler gets back.'

" I'm fine I told you." Jason sighed at Alice's worrying about him.
Felicia on the other hand, laughed. " You're as stubborn as Tyler. come on in. I doubt that nutcase will come here looking for you."
From the next room came a baby's cry. Felicia sighed," Sounds like Maria's up. Be right back." and she went to get her daughter. Jason flopped onto the couch, and regretted it immediately as he groaned. He knew alice would say something, so he cut her off with a smirk," don't start."

Alice shakes her head. "I wasn't going to say anything. I'd have better luck talking to the wall than I do convincing you of something." Knowing this was going to turn into another fight, Alice turns around and leaves the room and heads into the kitchen, sitting at the table quietly.

Jason's hand on her shoulder was the first indication he had followed her. " He sat next to her," What's wrong? Yes, my ribs are bruised, but they'll heal. And I overdid it a little trying to avoid capture. But I'm okay, really."

" I wasn't trying to pick a fight. The last thing I want to do is upset you." Jason apologized, placing his hand on Alice's. " Although a little makeup..."
Felicia cut him off, " There will be none of that talk in front of your niece." She scolded mocjkingly with the infant cradled in her upper arms while the lower ones got a bottle from the fridge. " Who would ever think four arms wouldn't be enough?"
