The car makes a detour around the crime scene. However, much to Kendall's chagrin, he... finds himself attacked by a big blood-thirsty monster with 20 tentacle arms all ending in roaring chainsaws... oh, and he's being blanketed by angry spiders! Happy hallowe'en, folks!
Ahem, anyways, he finds himself facing the crime scene as the car pulls in to park. When he arrives, he sees a winged fellow flying over the roof of the house to the police. Carrying a pair of struggling young men.

Kendall (that is his name right?) pulls into the park but not directly next to the vehicle he was tailing. Looking up he sees the guy flying carrying two people and shakes his head. "This I did not expect he says outloud to himself."
He uses his telescopic eye to get a close up look of the people involved. He focuses on the obvious heroes, and the criminals and tries to match a face to any that he has seen in the files or during his research.

While he sits and watches, Kendall sees (yes, that is his name):
The winged fellow lands and hands some crooks over to the police before going back into the house (which is issuing plumes of smoke, even before the cops entered... Operation Thingamadoowhacky for ya), and come out with another heroish looking fellow, followed by a woman made of ice, carrying another guy, but he was in some kind of metalic body armour, a thick shield growing out of his arm.
Also, the SWAT guys for hauling out a fair number of thugs.

Kendall smiles as he sees some heroes that were no doubt successful and some not so much. After sitting for so long in his vehicle he needs to stretch his legs, or at least his mind is telling him too. He steps out of his vehicle and walks around, keeping an eye on the scene.

Kendall tired of just standing around watching walks over towards the police maintaining the perimeter. He smiles as he walks up to the cop and says, "hey man whats this, a new superhero team try out? Looks like they have a few scrubs."

Before the line officer could answer, someone who looked like he ranked hire had walked up. "Excuse me sir, this is a police action. We appreciate your interest, but we need to keep the are clear. Please move along."
The line officer looked to where Kendall had come from. "Also, if that is your van, please do not park it on this street, we'll need to keep the road clear."
Kendall could tell they were clearly edgy, given the week they must have had since the explosion in the labrynth, it's no suprise...

"I understand officer. Just a little hard not to notice something going on here. I'll move the car officer. Just curious is all."
Kendall turns and walks back to his car and drives off. He uses his telescopic vision to watch the action and prepares to follow whatever vehicles the "heroes" get in. He thinks of it as the best way to find who he has been after.

"Thank-you, move along." Says the officer, moving back in to work.
As Kendell gets to the van, he sees the heroes get moved to a CSPD vehicle, including the armoured one, who seems to be coming to. And the van heads out, looking like it's returning to a precinct.

Pretty sure he is about to make a bad decision, Kendall puts his car in gear and follows the police car at a distance, keeping an eye on the CSPD van by using his telescopic vision.

The van drives on towards a precinct in the city, looking like it's a more public-oriented building, seeming not to notice its pursuer.

Kendall slows and tries to back off of the vehicle. He doesn't want to be seen as the vehicle approaches the building up ahead.

Well, something was up, because the van stopped in front of the precinct building for a moment, and it looked like someone was looking at him. Then, after a second, the van pulled in behind the building.

Kendall watches the van pull in behind, and continues right past the precinct without hesitating. He drives and finds a parking spot as far from the precinct as he can while still being in view with his telescopic eye.

Kendall finds a nice, convenient alley way.
So convenient, it almost looked busy.
"Which one you here for?" Asked some grumpy-looking observer. "I'm after the one that broke up my family. My wife weren't no... no..." He collected himself. "Stupid cops." He added after a second.
