"Its no problem. I just didn't know if you needed me to provide the equipment or not. What I meant was either way, I can get you set up. I'm not sure why you feel you would have to threaten me to do my job. It's why I'm here. You keep things secure, I'll get your comms working. Ok?"
After his conversation/confrontation with the officer Kendall walks towards the communications van slightly perturbed by the officer's attitude and demeanor. He approaches the vehicle and looks inside to appraise the communication equipment they have. He then gets some cable from his truck and wires up the Van to the junction box, tapping into the main lines. He also removes a satellite dish from his truck, afixes it to the van, then configures the dish along with the computer he found inside the van to pick up cell signals.

The work takes most of the afternoon... in the space of that, he's seen the news reports, and heard the cops going over things with witnesses. The Centurions are embroiled in some kind of arguement about what to do next. Well, a quiet one, away from the public eye. Alpha Prime seems to think this is justification to level the acropolis, while the others want it to remain, since the destruction of the building would cause even more trouble.

Once he gets most of the work done, Kendall decides on trying out some of his bionics. He increases his hearing to try and pick up specific conversations, Focusing mostly on the Centurions. He also uses his Telescopic vision eye to try and pick up details off of clipboards and other papers people walking by might be carrying. None of this really interests him though as his focus right now has to be on locating a group called Revenant, and finding out what they did with Regault's research.
He finishes up all the connections, then tests everything and makes sure it is working. Once complete he looks for and locates the officer he dealt with when he first got there. "I'm all done. everything is hooked up and should be working just fine. If you have any problems, call CS-Tel, they will send you someone."
Without waiting for a reply Kendall makes his way for his truck, puts back all his tools in their original locations, jumps in his truck. Before driving off he contacts CS-Tel main offices and explains that the job is complete and the police are all set to go. He hopes there are no other jobs as he is quite tired and even a little hungry after his day of investigation and work.

Dome picked up a number of conversations... ranging from people on the street confused and paniced, to junior cops holding firm on a blockade, even though they don't want to, to the chief on the scene trying to convince the mayor to call a curfew to the senior cops chatting about dinner with their partners, or poker... to the Centurions discussing whether or not they should just take the whole acropolis down....

Kendall is amazed at the abilities his implants have given to him. He shrugs as nothing he heard strikes him as very interesting or especially useful for tracking down Revenant. He drives towards a fast food restaurant where he sits in a booth with his back towards the wall and his eyes on the door. He sits back eats one of those value meal things and monitors the local news through their website.

Kendome finds that the Labrynth is the news. Some red-and-black-garbed vigilante is a person of interest. And the human rights issues are coming out. No-one in the local news asks why the police had never entered before, since everyone in CS knows why not. The national and international media seemed more interested in such a question. Notably, People First has been emboldened by this explosion calling for more controls on super-beings.

As Kendall eats his meal and watches the news, he shakes his head. 'The prejudice and discrimination is ridiculous. They don't even know a super-being was involved and yet they are ready to have them all condemned. Bet it boils down to jealousy.'
Kendall browses to the CS-Tel subcontractor site and logs in. 'I wonder if my sabotage job has been reported yet. If it has I can take that job do my snooping and call it a night.'

There had been a request to get it looked at, but would be a day or so. It was already assigned.
As for the news, mostly they assume the fellow in the snappy red-and-black outfit was responisble, or certainly was wanted for questioning.

Kendall finds the job listing. He sends a reply on it to CS-Tel office, and the assigned technician. He says that he could take the job on his way home, it would be no big deal at all. If he gets a yes he will leave the restaurant and head straight over. If not he just forgets about it and heads home for the night.

Kendall gets a response from head office that, due to the recent crisis, all jobs have to be as assigned in case the police require their futher assistance.
His drive home seemed very quiet, people were really afraid to go on the streets. Even then street kids weren't there.

Kendall gets home, turns the TV on and changes out of his uniform. He grabs a beer from the fridge and sits in front of the TV watching the news and sipping his beer.

Kendall sighs and turns off the TV. 'Do they really expect the city to get rid of all the heroes around here? That's never going to happen. I'm going to bed. I'll get back to my investigation tomorrow.'
He chugs the last of his beer. Getting off the couch he tosses the bear into the trash and heads to bed for the night.

Kendall's investigation led him back to the same place as before. As he dug into the databases about ownership, a few other names also popped up. Apparantly, there were a small group of students, related in some social way, to the Revenant fellow he had been tracking. All had died, though reasons were not given and Revenant had not been implicated in any of the deaths.

Kendall Shrugs his shoulders as he looks over the information. Not being a detective by trade he is at a bit of a loss as to what to do now.
After a shower and breakfast he puts on his work clothes and drives back over towards the house he was hoping to get into the day before. Once there he sits in his truck down the block from the place and uses his telescopic eye to see if he can see any activity at the place.
