Troubleshooter chuckled at Quin's bravado. "Except, kiddo, in a neighbourhood like that, they'll make us bend over backwards to not damage everything, keep their privacy and serve them coffee bagels with cream cheese before we set foot in their lawns, let alone onto their rooves."

"Better to let a super villian destroy it?" he responded, "Done tactfully we could use small teams to minimize damage..." he thought outloud.

"That People First lady would eat you alive." Snarked Power Armour. "The point that Troubleshooter's trying to make is that you two could be in the background, in even a police van, and not standing on rooftops... plus, for all we know, we won't have time to deploy snipers."

"You may need fire power that is bulky. We could use sewer access and a covert approach, avoiding police vans. Have snipers in sewers ready to deploy IF needed. As I said I prefer stealth. But the villain won't care if you’re on to him and having no one there to stop him will be equally problematic." he balanced a card in hand.
"Were better not to do anything and just watch for movement and hit as they move, if you’re so concerned about a bunch stuck up 'Blood-bloods'." he grinned near menacingly.
"I know where I stand, if they complain about a few flowers or broken blades of grass I'll show them news footage of what happens if we do nothing. Then ask them what’s worse. we all know either way Ethel or her vultures will try to have us for breakfast anyway." he shrugged.
"Damned if we do, damned if don't." he flipped the card back into his wrist easily.

Revenant looks at Windchill "Can you create walls of ice? If so, we can use them to set up temporary barricades and to divide enemy forces to limit possible damages and take out hostiles in a more practical fashion."

Miranda nods at Revenant. "I can make a wall or a shield of ice. The only thing to remember is that the larger the wall is, the less force it takes for it to be broken. Plus, if it's very warm outside, it'll melt. Usually a small wall or shield is thicker and it takes more for it to be shattered."

"Well, Golly Gee..." Says SPM after a moment. "If we shepphearded them to, say, a park or parking lot, we would have a much easier time with all the snipers and raiders and vans and all. If this is a richer neighbourhood, there must at least be a park nearby."

" We could," Jamison pointed out, " but such a park would most likely already be in use by innocent bystanders, which we want to contain our advisaries as quickly as possible. We might be better off taking Revenant approach of facing them head on and have Windchill use her ice walls to contain any collateral damage. I can use my wings as shields , so I can help in that department too."

"All well and good, but who is it again?" Asks Power Armour of Karson.
"It's the trio Overrun, comprised of Cohort, Phalanx and Batallion." Karson answers, with a bit of a smirk. (Reference: Century Station, pages 185-188. The players will have basic bio including modus opperandi, real names and powers.)

Revenant looks over the bio data "Cohort is probably the most dangerous: he's the leader and capable of long distance attacks. Take out the head of the snake and they'll splinter. Battallion would be next as he's their heavy hitter. So..." He looks around "Probably would be best for an Ice wall to cut off Cohort from the others. Then we fall back, use long range attacks to bring down the others"

Miranda nods "That could work. I can also encase people in thick blocks of ice if I need to. It would prevent bad guys from running amok."

Jamison looked at PA, then Karson, shaking his head. " Didn't I ask the same thing not two minutes ago? and I was ignored. " It wasn't meant to sound like a complaint, merely pointing it out as he refocused his attention and suggested, " If I could get ahold of one of them, I could take them high enough to remove them from the fight. The threat of dropping them from a few thousand feet would take the fight out of anyone unless they can fly."

(Karson.. uhh... couldn't get to it in time.)
"So, are we forming a plan?" Asks Karson. "Can I get a spokes person to explain it to me on behalf of the group?"

Revenant is rapid to respond "Troubleshooter. He doesn't conceal his identity which will help with public perception, and he's clear spoken in a way which will appeal to most of the people we are trying to help. He's direct, and that always helps."

Troubleshooter shrugs at the suggestion. "Sure, I don't mind speaking for the group." He says. "Unless someone else really wants it."
"Well, isn't that a funny thing." Says SPM chuckling a little. "Since the person that wants the role is the person least suited for it."
