"Myself and Troubleshooter have talents that are specialized. Ones that many meta humans rarely have or chose to specialize in." he offered.
"The various powers can be useful in a variety of situations. More fliers would be nice, But beggers can't be choosers and an Ice ramp is nearly as useful as flying. If not more." he finished

Miranda tries her best to keep from laughing out loud at the visual of Socky Head butts, and is only marginally successful. When Quinn mentions fliers, she says "Oh, right! I forgot that when I'm in fire form, I can fly. It's not very stealthy, though."

"In the Caveliers' line of work, stealth is not an issue." Karson says. "But diversity is. Unlike the police, with handle gang crime, street crime and other similar activities, you will be responsible for everything from battling a small mutant gang, to a single super-being, to the minion army controlled by a super-genious mastermind. Your diversity will make sure you have all the skills to succeed from beginning to end. From information gathering to planning, to using all your unique skills and abilities in carrying it out."
He looks at Quinn and Troubleshooter. "We will make sure you two are adequately armoured, I think. Though, weapons are still your responsibility."

Double posting...
"OK... Time for case studies. You have been informed you will need to raid a gang headquaters. that's mixed supers and normals. Forgetting arming time, what do you do?" Karson says, continuing the next part of the lesson.

Revenant rubs his chin "Notify dispatch and inform superiors of location and identities of hostiles. When I receive notification, I engage"

"No plan?" Asks Karson. "Just... bust down the door?"

"Well, first I jam their communications so they can't notify anyone else, but then, yes. It serves best to be direct"

"He means." Trouble Shooter speaks up. "Do you have any plans for assessing the gang's strengths? What kinds of weapons, super powers? Would there be one of us best suited to go in first? Those kinds of things."
"That's right." Says Karson. "Points to the PI. Running into a gang's pad isn't as easy as busting down the door. They often have traps, pitfalls and barriers preventing easy entry. In addition, there are super-powered gang members. In addition to guns and knives, they could shoot lasters out of their eyes or worse."
He turns back to Revenant. "Try again. Be more detailed."

"Hmm...I'd probably activate my implants in order to do a full biometric analysis on the purps, as well as to ascertain weapons and combat capabilities. I would relay this to the others and radio in to our superiors for confirmation and request to engage. Then, assuming we are cleared, the young lady" *Points to Miranda* "would be best to use her fire form and this one" *points to Tharsis* "To act as an air calvary and take position. Quinn and Troubleshooter would circle around back to catch any escapies while Power Armor and myself went in directly to draw fire."

“Recon and information from HQ is First priority time permitting. Have those able to do recon inside first. Miranda's Ice form and Revenant would work best in that regard." Quinn stated.
"As that is happening have I and Troubleshooter look for and take out the parameter guard, as a second group ready to assault if needed. If I and Troubleshooter can take out the parameter guard on our own we do so to give the others a chance to take out others in similar fashion or commence with an assault depending on what is needed." The magician thought about it a bit more.
"Take them out piecemeal." he continued "If not let Power Armor, Revenant attack through an entrance/window after the recon.”
"Have Miranda hide and then from wherever she is inside add a distraction by attacking in a timely nature as Power armor and Revenant do. She'd hit anyone running to intercept the lead assault team from a behind." he rubbed his chin.

"Interesting." Says Karson. "Unlike Revenant, who is taking it on himself to gather the information and co-ordinate the strike, you see it being delegeted. But, why would Windchill be sent inside?"

"In a fire or Ice state she can move easier with out being seen and "knock out" targets out by overheating or cooling their blood flow. Very non-lethal." he smiled, "I saw an Cryokinetic do that once, Real effective on telepaths as well." he replied easily as if he had tried that plan.

"Windchill, your thoughts on this?" Karson asks.

The whole teamwork idea was new to him, so Jamison merely nodded in agreement when it was suggested he stay overhead unless needed. Then a thought struck him, " Uh, my invisibility might help with the recon, unless they can somehow detect magic. Then I slip out and pass on the details before taking up aerial support while the rest of you bust down the doors." He shrugged, looking around. " Just a thought."

"Hmm, interesting addition, Tharsis." Karson says, turning back to Windchill for her opinion about being sent in on her own.
