Long would also like to freeze frame at the exact moment that Jury splits and count how many bits of light there are.

(I imagine that since he is walking away we can't see his face, but what kind of description can you give us? [Style of clothes, color of clothes, color of skin, style and color of hair, any facial hair, does he wear glasses, does he wear a hat, how tall/heavy is he, any noticeable scars, missing limbs, or a limp?])

Alice says, "Thanks Mac. I'll call you back if we need reinforcements." Ending the call, Alice heads out to the porch and waits for Jason's call to end before saying anything. Once the call has ended, she asks, "Everything ok?"

"Okay Alice. Be careful." Mac replied before she hung up. Jason was in a bit of a huff when he hung up, then turned at the sound of Alice's voice. "Uh, yeah, I guess. Couldn't reach Ryne so went for the next best source I could find. Even being apart for a while my brother finds ways to piss me off. He blew up at me because he thought I wanted him and Felicia to come help." He gave a defeated groan. "Any luck with Mac?"




As Long and Isamu watched the replay again, they counted six different light sources depart as Jury seperated. The one that appeared was fairly nondescript, wearing what looked like jeans and a tee, with shoulder length dark hair. He was average height and skinny.




Beth nodded in agreement. "Thats everything on either seventh cav or Jury. I can filter it out a lot. You let me play with this and I can peice together a map of where they've been. Maybe it will give us an idea of their target." She suggested

An email notification popped upfrom Mac. It was labelled "Alice's request--Classified"




Alison had a bit of a confused look at first, but nodded as Sylwia finished, " Hey, not all of us are big and strong. Gabe is like me, strong up here." She tapped her temple. " He's a powerful psychic that should not be out front doing the fighting. I mean wasn't he in Ragnarok's head when you guys took him down?"

"OK, let's play. I still can't believe anyone would want to pattern themselves after history's worst commander, though." Tom shook his head and chuckled. "Uh...what's the classified email for?"

The mention of Ragnarock immediately shuts up Sylwia in any form of combat as she hangs her head. After a moment she manages to get out, "You are right!" Even as her thoughts now go towards the fact that not only did she kill him but because Gabe is fragile as was just pointed out to her she nearly cost his life too.

"I think we should go back to that park and start canvassing the area. Ask anybody that we find about this person on the tape. We should start with the homeless in the area. They see a lot that people don't realize. There is no way all six of them will be able to keep a secret like this. Someone is going to get sloppy and talk to someone."
Long does a freeze frame of the guy walking away and then zooms in as much as he can and still keep it high-quality. Then he will print it out.

Alice raises an eyebrow. "He got mad because he thought you'd ask him to help? I don't understand." Answering his question, "It went fine. He's going to send me info so we understand what we're up against. He's also going to send reinforcements if we need them."

Calvin finally catches up, walking into the room and standing by quietly as they review the video of Jury. When he sees only one person walk away, he notes "Obviously they don't have to be touching each other to transform... Not sure if that's good for us or bad. Though the fact that he splits up six ways could be an advantage. I doubt they can transform without all six."

"No idea." Beth replied. Her hand went to the mouse, but the cursor only moved a little and then stopped. "It's from Mac, so I'm guessing Alice found some info on Jury or the Calvary. Should we open it, or leave it for her?" She looked and opened an entry.

7th Calvary- founded and led by Jesse Bartholomew Custer, the 7th Calvary has been on the FBI's most wanted list for the last four years, reaching as high as number three in that time (currently 5th). All members of Custer's criminal organization are either former military or have family members serving in the military. All seven members are known to be metahumans. Custer reached the rank of Captain before being court martialed and discharged after a training incident resulting in several injuries. They are not known to operate outside the continental United States and all members are considered armed and dangerous

"Want to go a little deeper?" Beth asked, looking at Tom

"Good point." Isamu nodded to Calvin. " That would make it difficult to take him into custody. It also makes sense that all six would need to be fairly close together. Unless he can maintain his form for a long time, how do six people travel all over the place without drawing someone's interest? Not to mention it would be logistically challenging for all that travel."

He turned to Long and nodded, "Okay, we can go investigate a little, but we should check with Alice first.. Calvin, you coming, or want a little down time?" It was clear Isamu was not used to Calvin's normal form, though his tone made it clear he meant no offense.

Jason shrugged, "Tyler only has two things on his mind now. Felicia an the baby. The idea little brother called for help gets in the way of that, even though all I wanted was info. He assumed I wanted him to come help and," he shrugged with a bit of a smirk, " don't expect a Christmas card this year." He put on a tough face, but Alice could read Jason well enough to know he was upset. " Reinforcements? Wow, Mac is even more worried we have our hands full than I am. Guess we should go check out whatever he sent you? Could be some interesting reading." He opened and held the door for her.

Allison stopped and looked at Sylwia, "I don't need to be psychic to know I hit a nerve. I thought you were past that. If it's any consequence, Rags was captured and escaped more times than anyone cared to admit, so the only way to truly deal with him was to put him down. I'm sure it hurts to know you were part of that, but you need to get passed that. If you hadn't some are many all of the others might have been hurt, or worse."

"I think we should let Alice know about it first, then look." Tom responds. "Best to get a bit of permission." Tom hits the bandadio. "Alice? You've got an email from Mac about these clowns- should we take a look together?"

"I know you tell me this, others tell me this and I should probably listen. Problem be old me would not of cared and since I became power me that is all changed. His death reminds me now of what I be not who I was before. It will pass I be sure but time will be taken I guess. It is ok!" She responds to Allison seeming still a bit sullen but definitely trying to improve.

Alice nods at Jason and says "Yeah, I'm getting the feeling we need all the information we can get." Alice heads over to read the information Beth and Tom has as she says to Tom, "I'm on my way."

[Paladin]

Calvin nods as Isamu considers the point he'd made. "I dunno... depending on the situation, we may not need to arrest all six. At least... not all at once."

When Isamu asks if he's coming, Calvin nods. "Absolutely.  No down time needed."

Long goes to look for Alice. Once he finds her he explains what he wants to do.
"I thought it would be a good idea to make another investigation of the park where we lost Jury. We found that Jury is actually six different people combined in one super-being. I'm sure that when they are separated at least one of them will not be able to keep his mouth shut. I will be taking Isamu and Calvin with me. We are going door to door to ask if they know anything, but we are going to start with the homeless in the area. Most times people forget they're there."

Alice nods at Long and replies, "Good idea. Keep me posted and stay safe. These guys aren't messing around."
