Sylwia not in the main room and being back in her form decides to go and investigate whatever it is that she hears from the voice. "I am going to investigate this noise and will be back." She says aloud waitng to see if anyone stops her and she will stop if so.

Alice smiles at Alison and says in a gentle, soft tone of voice. "Hi, like Calvin said, I'm Alice. We're not here to hurt you. We just want to talk to you for a few minutes. Is that ok?" Alice does her best to look friendly and nonthreatening. When she hears the man's voice, Alice echo's Calvin's question and asks, "Who is that?" She doesn't try to stop Sylwia from investigating the noise.

Long shakes his head with disappointment.
1d20+1 for initiative.
1d20 for power slam. Because of this guy's height Long can probably only reach his leg. So that is what he's aiming for. (Ankle or knee or whatever is at Long's shoulder height.)
If it works the damage is 5d6+2

"Trev wait!" Avi shouted, but their teammate morphed into his flame form and flew up and in the hole. He quickly swooped back out, trying to avoid a hail of gunfire from inside.

Sylwia stops in her tracks as she is about to leave the room. "I not go then unless agree the other do on checking stuff out. I mean I be should safe right?" She says looking to Alice and Calvin on their suggestions especially with Calvin's words said. She stays at the door threshold however hovering a couple inches off the ground.

Gabe starts moving to put the giant between him and the gunfire as he says "Help the hot head out, big guy isn't moving for a few minutes and im certain i can keep him busy for a bit if need be." Gabe then gets in a dodge stance, ready to get out of the way of a fist or hail of bullets.

Alice looks surprised when the girl says that she knows her. "How do you know me?" Alice asks in the same calm and friendly tone of voice. "What's your name?" Alice nods at Sylwia's statement that she isn't going to leave after all and focuses her energy at the girl, saying, "Who is the bad man? Why will he get angry?" She smiles calmly and adds, "We won't let anyone hurt you." As she talks, Alice starts scanning the mind of the girl, hoping to pick up some of the answers to her questions.

The timid blonde woman continued to look at Alice. "I... I don't know. They just call me girl, or hey you." At the same time, Alice was able to probe her mind (refer to pm exchange)
As Cal and Sylwia decide to stay, the male voice calls out again, "Girl? Quit yer hiding and get in here, or I will lose my shit with you,"

Trevor touched back down without his flames, " I think I found our doc, the older guy shooting is running around in a lab coat upstairs
"Let me go!" The giant demanded
"SHUT UP!" Avi barked and the giant fell quiet though still struggling. Avi shrugged with a grin.

"Okay, we need to hit him from different angles. If we can confuse him we might be able to do this without any more bloodshed. Copycat, I need you to stay down here and hold this brute for as long as you can. Claymore, I want you to blow a hole in the side of the building and find some stairs or a ladder or something. Climb up and attack him from below so he can't escape that way. Bleve, I want you to fly up high and keep him busy with some fireballs. If we're lucky there won't be any civilians looking this way at that moment. I will climb up on to the roof from the outside."
As everyone goes forward with the plan Long climbs up on to the back of the brute like he's a human shaped boulder until he is high enough to jump on to the roof or window or whatever happens to be up here.
1d20+1undefinedfor initiative if they start fighting the moment Long gets up there.
