After thinking over things for a bit Dante says, "Well from his memory he was blindfolded on his way into the labrinth, so he probably has no idea how to get in aside from a huge metal door. He also keeps flashing to a shadowy figure. I think it was his contact. He was the one that told him Alpha Prime is on a carrier. Our sniper friend, " he says with a jerking motion to the other room, "didn't believe him. He may or may not have a connection to the mayor. Ask him specific details about his contact. See if he knows anything else about him."
"Two other things to ask him about or investigate later, one is the green scaly mutant from earlier tonight came into his mind when you asked about supplies. Second there was or is going to be a battle and some mutants are going to or already got shot. Ask him about his job, try to find out what his specific orders are. Before we go back in, let me check his mind and see what is going through it before he gets his guard up again."
With that Dante turns towards the door and the direction of the sniper and concentrates trying to pick up any errant thoughts he has at this moment.

*jeckle's head turns to look at Tiger's voice and smirks as she slides off the trunk.
'yeah, i'm ready .. wanna try the new toy? .. its a parabolic to work with a scope .. not sure of the range. i had it at 15 feet, but i change the receiver ... ' *she moves to the passenger seat and slides in and tucks in the coat so the car wont be hurt by slamming on the material.
'i think i like this assignment better than making sure the car didn't get lost while everyone vanished. sorry .. bad joke' *she buckles up without thinking and is ready for this exciting assignment of getting food. 'so, drive thru hot stuff or cold stuff from the corner store?'

Khris stood on the edge of the roof watching the pair get into the Cadillac and head off, his senses stretching out as he folded his arms. He could feel Patriot, Dante and the new team member. He shook his head as he realized he didn't even know her name yet. He shrugged and found a good vantage point with a little cover and took out his rifle and began to clean it.

"Did you put a dampener on the output? An explosion could wreck your hearing." She thinks for a moment, "Since the sun hasn't quite come up yet, I doubt anything good is open... but there should be...."
She drives into a Super Walmart parking lot, with coffee shop inside. "Its not much but they'll have basics and donuts." And it isn't far away, Tiger thinks to herself.

[Interrogation]
Before the team resumes their interrogation, Dante is able to pick the sniper's mind to find him thinking of the other two snipers he was with, one with a custom .50 calibre rifle, and the other with his laser pulse rifle. The one with the laser blends in with his surroundings like a chameleon and is quite shadowy, while the one with the big rifle seems to meld with the shadows.
When Patriot starts grilling him about his contact, he becomes filled with fear and the image the fills his head is a drowning man, "How do you know about him!" The sniper is clearly in shock, as he thought he was doing well resisting the interrogation so far.
His next thoughts are about his contact- he keeps imagining the cloaked guy shooting him.
Switchng topics, Patriot asks about the battle, this time no mind reading is necessary, "Yeah, those Underground guys thought they could stand up to us. We showed them big time. They must have lost fifty mutants in the first five minutes and then it was just us hunting them down..." He trails off as he realizes he isn't supposed to be talking.
"So how do you reach your contact?" Patriot asks. The sniper shakes his head. Dante realizes that the sniper can't reach his contact, the contact always finds him.

*the look of 'hey look at what i made' .. seems to fall as she studies the small item, before pocketing it. 'knew i forgot something. figured the one using it would turn it off or pull the ear plug. figured it would help for the ones you couldn't see .. got a suit back home that hides body heat .. '
*she shrugs and looks about at the Super Walmart and comments 'wonder if thats all thats open? .. might be able to pick up a few other small things ... time allowing and if its alright' *Jeckle has made no move to get out of hte vehicle just yet, but the lavender eyes study Tiger over the dark glasses she's been wearing to this point.

Miranda continue to do her best to play the tough silent type as Patriot interrogates the sniper. Still not 100% sure of what was going on, having been sent in late in the game, and waits for any instructions.

Dante finally speaks up and asks, "How does your contact get in touch with you? Does he simply appear, or does he call you?"
He then allows the man to answer, or atleast think of an answer and then asks, "What else does your job entail besides hunting mutants and protecting that area?"

She smiles, "You've got fifteen minutes to find what you need. By then I should finish grocery shopping. I want to return as soon as possible," she continues cheerfully, "It is likely the enemy is looking to recover their comrade and they might be able to find us."
Tiger exits the vehicle and orders a large container of coffee to go from the bleary eyed guy in behind the Starbucks counter. Then she finds some bagels and donuts in the grocery section, also pausing to pick up some orange juice and milk. She fills a bag with apple, oranges and bananas, picks up her coffee and a stack of paper cups and checks out of the store.

'fifteen tops. got it boss. be back shortly then' .. *then she's out of hte car and out of sight in under a minute. she occupies her time grabbing this and that from a 'Toy store'
1 Chemistry set, a bag of marbles, and a few other 'action figures' that move. a few odds and ends make up the final bit and she's finished with her shopping, and then heads out to the car. ]
*checking her watch she simple states when she spots Tiger '14 minutes and 37 seconds .. ' *then she just grins impishly and then gets in the front and settles down to wait. as Tiger gets in she states ' IF they were following his tags .. they're following a garbage truck. unless its microscopic or radioactive, he's clean. i should have thought about masking his scent if htey have trackers for that.

[Interogation]
The sniper's contact frequently walks right out of walls or materializes out of thin air.
The man's job seems to be completely confined to his sniper work, he isn't given any information about any other tasks. He has met other snipers who are called away to other work, but this one is just a guard.

Loading the Cadi's trunk up with groceries, Tiger says, "Hopefully our long drive was enough to throw them off our scent." She gets back into the car and drives the two of them back towards the empty building they are using.
Before Tiger and Jeckle have returned...
Shroud sees three men in U.S. Army uniforms wearing military issue body armor about six hundred meters away, crossing a parking lot. Each of them carries an M-4 assualt rifle with close quarters scope and infrared barrel mounted sights, with an M203 - 40mm gernade launcher attached. Each of the men also has a pistol sidearm in a holster. They have their weapons at the ready and attempt to move with cover, although they are clearly visible from Shroud's vantage point.

Dante says, "Be on guard, his contact could be anywhere, he walks out of the shadows, and always find him,"he punctuates the statement by pointing in the sniper's direction.
"I don't think he has any other information we are interested in. Can I pay him back for the broken arm now," he asks with a bit of a smile, knowing he really isn't going to do anything.

Miranda's eyebrow raises at Dante's statement and she tells Patriot "I'd like to do a quick look around to see if we've got uninvited guests." Assuming there are no objections, Miranda starts to look around the compound, looking for any signs that the sniper's contact had found him.

Khriscursed to himself as he slid to the edge of the building, dragunov instantly in his hands. He pulled out his phone and sent a message to everyone. " Heads up people. We have company coming at the front door for sure, haven't checked the back. three for sure with some serious hardware." He adjusted his scope until his crosshairs were looking in the eyes of the lead soldier. " Go loud or stand pat?"
