Crossland and Davies got back in the car and headed back towards the fire scene, mud splattering everywhere as they left. Jason looked at Alice, "A few allies won't hurt. Home, or somewhere else?" He looked up, "Hey Deci, time to go."

Deci lets out a sigh at knowing what is coming next and comes down for a landing on the ground. "I am ready to go now if you want and are ready." She says looking at the car and back with a bit of a shudder before turning to the rest and giving a smile.

Alice nods at Jason, "We were going back to the beach house to talk to Raig, so I think we should continue doing that. Let's head back."

Jason nodded, with a bit of a grin, "Works for me, gonna vent some steam first." He gave Alice a quick kiss then walked over and placed his ands on Siobhan and Deci's shoulders," You know both of you seem pretty fast, why don't we see if I'm right?" He gave each of the girls a pat on the shoulder, said,"Tag, you're it," and took off running towards the city, kicking up dust as he accelerated.
Avi shook his head as Jason's voice, garbled by wind distortion, said, " Pick up at the main road." Avi looked at Alice and chuckled, " Come on, cant keep lover boy waiting too long," as he climbed back in the SUHV.

Deci at that moment is royally confused and actually pauses her for a moment while thinking, OK. I am told to keep down low on powers. Yet we drive around in a vehicle sticks out and now have been asked to be almost vulgar with the use of our powers. I mean what the heck. At that point she files it away for later use and takes off into the air to give chase. She has witnessed the speed of one of her teammates and knowing this will not be much of a race does take off after but climbs into the air up so the dive bomb technique of the Peregrine Falcon can be used.

Sio seems a little startled by the challenge, particularly since the overt use of powers seemed low on the priority of the team. Still, she grins, offers a quick salute to the rest of the team going by HSUV before taking off after Jason, accelerating as quickly as she can..

Alice sighs and shakes her head at Jason's antics as she heads toward their vehicle. She didn't approve of what Jason was doing, but realized that he needed to blow off some steam and plus, there was no way she would have been able to stop him when he was moving that quickly. Getting into the vehicle, Alice waits for Avi so they can head back to the beach house.

Siobhan soon learned that although she was fast, experience and a head start made Jason faster and she could see he was pulling away. Luckily it as not that dusty a road.
December's divebombing technique gainedher some speed, however she was no match for the two speedsters and watched them quickly disappear in the distance. As she bottomed out one of her swoops, Avi pulled the hover SUV up along side her, " Give it up Deci, you'll never catch those two." He looked at Alice," You know what he's doing, right? He's frustrated and needs to let off some steam. Having another speedster around will be good for him since running always does the trick with him. " He smirked, " Of course I'm willing to bet you know other ways to relax him. He said your trip even managed to get his nightmares under control?"

"No you are right I probably never will catch them but it is better then, and I mean no offense, being in that sardine can there." She says before she realizes that he was not really paying attention to her but giving a comment. Still in this case she does not care in the least as to her there is nothing more free then flying.
To emphasize the point and the fact that she is probably far more agile then the vehicle by banking hard and flying straight up just to see what is going on from her vantage point high in the sky.

Alice nods at Avi and says, "Yeah I understand why he's doing it, though I wish he'd be more discreet about it." Ignoring the first comment, Alice simply nod and says, "Yes. The nightmares seemed to be under control now."

Sio growls to herself as she finds herself falling behind Jason despite giving it her all. Damn he's fast... maybe I can find a shortcut...

Siobhan thought about it, but it was such unfamiliar territory that she didn't remember any other way to go except follow Jason. As they sped along, something white on a side road grabbed her attention, but she was by it so fast that she wasn't certain what it had been.
Deci swooped up higher and could see the two speedsters far ahead. Then she spotted both of them had just blown by a police car parked in a side road. It made no attempt to pursue them. Ahead she could see the main road, and Jason stopped to sit on a guardrail to wait for the others to catch up.

Deci seeing the others up a head is not in a rush to even approach, especially with the fact the freedom she had now is more then enough. "Besides I know where we are going so why not just head there and if I am high enough in the sky they might not see me and would give the edge in this theoretical race." And at that point she raises herself higher in the sky until she can see the city in the distance at which point using as the crow flies methodology heads in the straight arrow there.

Not having seen the police car that Deci can see, Sio continues on unabated; that is, until she spots Jason up ahead, stopped and waiting. A little smirk as she slows, coming to a stop nearby. Breathing only slightly harder than normal, Sio offers a wave.
