DD had been pretty quiet through the meeting and even when he got on the plane. He felt like Captain America was so eager to get moving he barely gave any time to anyone to discuss the plan and even figure out if they all could just head to Germany. Matt Murdock had a law practice he had to tend to, and he has been leaving too much of it to his partner Foggie.
He barely had time to find a private spot and let Foggy know that even though he just got back, he was leaving again.
Now he sat on the quinjet thinking and rethinking his membership with the Avengers.
When Tabitha sat next to him and took his hand he smiled. She was definitely part of the upside of being an Avenger although they hadn't had much time together.
"Hey you. How are you feeling," he asks her, putting his thoughts aside for the moment.
He squeezes her hand and says, "would you believe I was about too when you got kidnapped? I like you Tabby, and when you said you were more interested in the uncostumed me then the costume me, It was refreshing. I was going to call you and ask you to dinner, and then tell you. That didn't work out though, but I am so glad your safe."

Atlas gives Spider-Man a sad look. "Man, now I get what everyone says about you. Nah, it's just...Zemo and I got some history, and I'm not looking forward to rehashing it, ok?"
"There's a Zemo out for the Avengers, and the Red Skull is active again and working with people like Arcade to get to my team. I don't believe a happy mood is called for, Jen." Cap replies.
Songbird puts a hand on Aura. "Everything alright?"

Spider-Man takes another sip of his cola before replying to Atlas. "What everyone says about me? That I'm charming? Debonaire? The most handsome spider this side of the Mississippi? Don't worry about Zemo. When it comes time, just pull him aside, pet his little purple mask and say 'I know we've had some good times Z, baby. But now I must smash you.' And then you smash him, cause you know, you're HUGE! How does it feel to be that big? I would go crazy if everyone around me was tiny as a spider, pun intended." Spider-Man takes another sip of his cola.

Settled into a seat, buckled up Kitty looks to the others aboard the aircraft, then shifts a bit so that she can try and peek out a window; heading back to Germany so quickly has left her feeling a little rushed, particularly since she'd been away from the School for so long. A little sigh escapes as she thinks about Piotr, her chat with Tabby earlier bringing back how much she misses him at the moment.

Tab shrugged, "Doc Foster says I should be in bed recovering for another day or so, but that it doesn't look like I have to worry about pneumonia setting in, so I'll be okay." she coughed slightly, and it still had a wet gurgle to it. . Her tone went a bit disbeleiving,"You honestly expect me to buy a line like that, "I was just about to"? "She sat up and looked at his face, her had moving to trace along DD's cheek, "I don't know why, but that night at the fund raiser I felt some thing when we met, something that wasn't there when you had your costume on, not until my rescue anyways. At least I saved you the troubles , but I'll take a raincheck on that date."

After the meeting breaks up, Logan joins the team in the Quinjet, having gone outside of the mansion to enjoy a cigar, at Jarvis' 'suggestion'.

"Well had things gone differently, and I was able to call you in my street clothes, and take you out, and things went well, I would have told you over desert," he says.
"I normally try to keep my two lives separate. I try not to let my love life and the costume mix. It's happened in the past, and it hasn't gone well," he says some pain in his voice.
"Not many people know my real identity. It's something I only let a few people in on. A select few," he says to her.

Spider-Man leans over the seat where Ghostsabre and Daredevil are having their smoochy talk and says "I, on the other hand, seem incapable of keeping my secret identity secret. Everyone wants to steal my mask or punch my mask off or burn my mask or rampage downtown when I don't have any convenient alleys to hide in or... This was a private time conversation, wasn't it... Sorry Hornhead. Sorry Metal Punchy lady. I'll go back to my little Spider-Seat now..." Spider-Man sits back down and has another sip of his cola.

Tabitha sat up in her seat enough so she could turn and look over the seat with narrowed eyes. "You and I may have worked oout our differences, but I'm still willing to help you remove your mask and stick it in an orifice, with head still attached if you like? " She flashed smile. " So buzz off."
She sat back down in her seat and then rested her head on Daredevil's shoulder. " That sounds like it would be nice, never done anything like that. Where I'm from, things tend to be a little less formal or planned. hiding from government troops and sentinels tends to cause that." Her tone changed, almost sounding guilty.

She chuckles and winks at Cap.

Atlas pulls Spider-Man back. "That you talk too much. That's like, your real superpower isn't it?"
Cap nods silently as the Quinjet starts shaking. Cap grabs the controls tightly. "What the-?"
A familiar authoritative voice booms out over the intercomms. "Please excuse the crudeness of my father's Magtractor beam. He developed it several decades before his untimely passing. I will leave it to the imaginations of the mutants on board why my father might have wanted magnetic weaponry." He pauses for a moment. "And judging from the Avengers markings and what I've seen in the news footage, I should take the opportunity to say hello, Captain. Welcome Avengers. You will be treated to a safe landing at Castle Zemo shortly. Afterwards please proceed calmly to the throne room. It will be clearly marked."
Songbird heads up to the controls and tries to assist Cap in regaining control. "He's got us."
The quinjet lurches once before the craft lands. The hatch opens, and the group sees a medieval castle a short distance away, nestled in a quaint looking Bavarian village.
Atlas grunts. "Welp, here we are -Castle Zemo."

Somewhat alarmed that they'd been caught so easily, and by their enemy, Kitty grasps the arms of the chair tightly, until they've landed. Once grounded she unbuckles herself and stands, looking to the others for a moment before descending out the watch, going phasing out as she does so.. just in case.

Jen grunts as she unbuckles form the seat, "Well that took almost no effort at all. Now, I'm worried."
She plays with the scanning equipment on the Quinjet and checks out the area around them. No way this was a simply sleepy little village in the mountains.
"Okay, Cap, what part of the castle do you want me to demolish while you visit with the Baron?" For those meeting She-Hulk for the first time, it sounds like she is very serious about ruining the Barons castle.

Hearing She-Hulk, Tabitha grinned and looked at both Daredevil and Shadowcat, " If you're looking for me, I'm gonna go play with her. I stood up to big green, playing with his little cousin sounds like a fun day at the castle." Then she looked back at She-Hulk, " Providing you aren't too old to let the kids tag along?"
