Golthreia notes
Sarah
Eleutheroi had come to visit the night before. He spent a long time explaining, along with her father, the dangers she was expected to face, and that there were always allies to the cause.
Eleutheroi was a serious departure from the Botufa family. All were world-renowned musicians. Eleutheroi, instead, became a body guard and chief soldier of the Magic Guild. He had, in affect, taken the job in trust, until she was ready to start herself.
After all the lecture was done, Eleutheroi had leaned in close, and said, with curious gravity, "Montrose has a club you should join. It is the touching-off point for the brighter future of Gothreia." his voice was a little off, too. Well, he didn't so much say it, as how he said it.well, he didn't so much say it at all as give her the impression she should go.
The Elf sat back, his jewel-encrusted, bandaged arms upping his hair back. "Seriously, don't worry."
The next evening, she was standing on the threshold of the door.
Coop
"Seriously, Coop." his coach had said. "I like your playing style. Best quarterback in years. You've given us the best chances for inter varsity."
He tossed the clipboard in front of Coop, showing his lagging marks. "but it's worth squat if you flunk out before you can prove us right."
"You gotta prove you're studious. I found an extracurricular thing. Basically the basket weaving we need to prove you're not gone in a month."
He handed a piece of paper to Coop, it had a room number, day and time.
"A small sacrifice for the trophy, right?"
He had 20 minutes to get there, incidentally.
Theresa
It just sort of jumped out at her. A junior professor, by the name of Montrose, had put a quiet little add in the school groups listing about an evening extracurricular course on Golthreia's magic history. It promised to talk about the city's rich history, magical artifacts, and offer other resources for those to pursue.
Quite simply, it was what she was waiting for, to learn about her amulet.
The evening the course began, she was on her way down the hall towards the course.
Everyone:
It looks like this: Sarah's at the door, whilst Theresa walks in one direction, and Coop's more or less barrelling down the other.
And...
...
...
GO!
