" Didn't we just have a 'tell the truth' fight not fifteen minutes ago?" Jason smirked, leaning back and folding his arms. " If I knew how it works, I'd tell you. All I know is that there are little receptors in there that pick up signals from my brain and tell my legs what to do. I never worried about how , just if. We could ask Mac when we see him. He knows more about it.
He let out a mock sigh. " I suppose I can wait for the tea to know what happened." He tried, but couldn't hold a straight face.

Alice nods, and then when the kettle boils she pours the water in the teapot and brings it to the table. Alice says, "Ok." She looks thoughtful "I guess he'll eventually find out about my abilities?" Alice looks like she's not sure how she feels about this. "Woul.. would he really try to make me work for him, even if I didn't want to?" she asks, looking a little nervous.
Sitting down next to Jason, she grins and says "It seems Isamu and Ashley were sparring... Isamu in his rock form and Ashely in bear form. It seemed that Ashley was about to push Isamu off the roof.. I don't really know exactly what happened.. I ended up communicating with Ashley telepathically and she stopped." Alice shrugs "It was like there was a second presence inside of her and it was controlling her actions. I told it, whatever it was, that she wouldn't want to kill anyone and then Ashley went into human form again." Alice grins "Not really sure what I did to help though"

" Well, I do make a mean sausage cassarole." Dimitri smirked, but it faded quickly as Jane walked out of the gym room with Felicia. She spotted him and practically ran over to them. " I missed you." She said with a kiss.
" I doubt you even noticed we had stepped out." He mused in reply before glancing over at William. " Was there anything else? "
Making a cup of tea that has enough sugar in it that he probably couldn't taste the tea itself, Jason shook his head. " I don't think so, I've heard of other people turning him down before. And I wouldn't be surprised if he knows that you were a closent monster already." He widely as the reference as he remembered her reaction to it the first time. Once she had described what had happened, he explained. "Ashley wasn't born a meta like us, her powers come from the fact that she has creatures that live inside her. She told me once that she knew what they're thinking. when they get excited, their emotions sometimes override Ashleys thinking and she, ... well she goes a little nuts. Sounds like you found a way to stop it by talking to her bug collection as she calls them. " He paused for a moment to sip his tea. "That could come in handy, because she's hurt people before when she lost it." He added, breaking eye contact.

"There is no worries Ashley. I felt each attack, but the pain was minimal. My stone form potects me very much. It also heals twice as fast as my normal side. It is one reason why I was not worried. I am not your normal meta. I have abilities that I gained from my martial arts training as well. For instance I have learned how to fall and absorb the impact even from very high places. That And I can do this..."
Isamu walks to the edge of the roof facing the back of the buiding. He reaches his hand out and Ashley can hear a rumble from the ground below. If Ashley looks out she could see a tower rise up from the ground right next to the building.
"If you pushed me I would have landed on one of these. I am glad you agreed to spar with me, I have not met many that can match my strength in my stone form. Can we talk some about your creature form? "

Alice grins at Jason "Would you like some tea with your sugar?" she asks him in a teasing tone of voice.
Alice looks a bit startled as she asks "How would he know? I've never met him and I never let on to that Ryne bloke that I had any abilties, much less tell him what my name was." Alice looks flustered as she puts her tea down, fidgeting with the cup a little. Taking a deep breath, she tries to calm herself down and manages a little.
When Jason breaks eye contact, she waits until he puts his cup down and takes his hand and squeezes it gently. Softly, she asks "Was there another person who got hurt accidently by Ashley?"

" How do you think I got the nifty set of wheels?" Jason smirked, but it faded quickly. " sorry, you didn't deserve that, but yeah, one of Ashley's rages is what was behind my injury." He reached for the milk and added some to his tea. " This is good, thanks. As for Mac, as soon as he found out your name, I'm willing to bet he was running you through the system and he's got a printout with more information on you than you know yourself. I've seen it before."
Ashley watched Isamu's demonstration. " That's pretty cool. I'll tell you what though, if she wasn't pregnant, Felicia would give you a real run for your money if you found me a good test. she's knocked me silly a couple times."
She shrugged and sat on the roofs edge. " What do you want to know about Kodiak, other than I turn into the meanest furball in Miami?"

Alice flinches a little at Jason's tone and smirk and withdraws her hand. "I was just wondering if there was another time that someone might have gotten hurt when Ashley was being controlled by the other prescence. That's all."
Alice falls quiet and feels anxious by the idea that a government agency knew all about who she was and what she could do. "How would he have found out what my name was?" she asks quietly "I certainly didn't tell him and I didn't tell the other chap either."

"I just want to know how much you can sense and undertsand while the animal presence is in control. Perhaps there is some way that you will be able to gain a firmer grasp over that presence." He then waves his hand and the earthen tower shrinks down to nothing.
"Do you think it would be possible at all? I know Alice reached you and that is why you reverted, but perhaps there would be ways beyond that. Trevor seems to think that when you are her you lose it and can really hurt others. Do not worry Ashley, as long I am around I will do my best to help you and protect you from others.

" Ash doesn't really get controlled. It's more like the bugs get excited and block out her higher level thinking, because we know she's still in there. It doesn't always happen either, thankfully." Jason paused and looked at Alice. " What do you mean, you didn't tell him? He knew your name when he came to see me at the hospital. I know I didn't tell it to him." Jason looked a little annoyed. " Guess I'll just have to have a talk to him about it and find out what's going on."
He finished off his tea and got up, putting the mug in the sink. "I think I'm gonna go get out of this getup before your grandfather gets back and puts me to work. I could use a shower too." He added as he bent in to give her a peck on the neck as she sipped her tea. " You could always... no, forget it, we just met." He verbally backpedalled. " I mean I wouldn't stop you or complain if you wanted to ... Gah, listen to me, I sound like a idiot." He shook his head and headed out of the kitchen.
Tyler didn't even look. " I smelled you coming. I think your depends is full." His comment earned him a swat from Felicia that nearly knocked him from his feet. " Don't be such a jerk." She scolded, which only caused Tyler to chuckle. Once upstairs, the first thing Will noticed were Eric and Michael hard at work at something on Eric's laptop. " Yes I'm sure that's all there was." Eric sputtered. " You saw that when we cooked that other comp back in the other place. I just don't see why anyone would try to kidnap me and my friends to get it back."
" I'm telling you, I knew everything that was going on the whole time." Ashley replied, " It's just that the symbiotes can block out my thoughts sometimes and I get out of control. I know you mean well, but you have to understand I can't always tell who's who once I've let myself get into a rage." She paused and swallowed hard. " I take it no one told you that I'm the one who put Jason in that chair." Her stomach growled loudly. " sounds like feeding time for my zoo." She smirked, rubbing her stomach.

"No one mentioned anything. I am sorry if I seem pushy, I was always taught that everything about oneself could be controlled. It is hard to accept that what I have learned is not true, which is why I was pushing you to gain control. I just cannot accept that anything is beyond our control. I know you say it is impossible, but I would like to try to help you, If you don't mind spending the time. Perhaps for now we should get something to eat."
Isamu jumps to his feet and reaches out a hand to help Ashley to her feet if she likes.

Alice stops Jason before he leaves the kitchen. Smiling up at him, she says "Relax. I must admit, I'm a little tempted" she starts as she lets herself give him a once over and meets his eyes with a mischevous grin "but it probably is a bit too soon to rush into things." Alice leans up and gives him a gentle kiss "A promise of things to come." she says softly with a smile before letting him go to go have his shower.

" What is it you blokes say... ( bad english impression) ' such a randy little tart' " He grinned widely before kissing her back. " Here, take this. If you want to know how Mac knows who you are, call him if you want. He's speed dial four." He dropped his cellphone in her pocket and walks off.
Ashley took the offered hand and slid off to her feet. She grinned, " How about we try just spending some time getting to know each other and we'll worry about my control later, okay? But definitely, I need a snack. Let's gave something to eat." She led the way downstairs and into the kitchen. " Uh, hi." She said sheepishly to Alice. " I was kinda looking for you. Thanks, whatever you did."
" Uh, sure." Eric replied and replayed the video clip. " We didn't get much. Must have been something else on the disk that those guys Jason knows wants so bad."
