Hearing the commotion over her communicard, Kitty decides she can't wait on Wolverine any longer. Still intangible, she dashes forward through the fencing and makes a beeline towards the warehouse itself. Steeling herself for the up-coming confrontation, the young heroine wishes not for the first time that she had some sort of weapon to back-up her fists and wits...

Wolverine nods at Kitty's suggestion. "Just don't overdo it. Wouldn't want Cap to tell me 'told you so'."

[Cap and X-23]

The laser blast slammed Cap harder than he had expected, and deflected off to paas near X-23 close enough that her slash at the security weapon glanced off. As Cap landed, a door slid open and three robots lumbered out, looking like eight foot tall robots with ball turret machine guns built into their chest. The design caused Cap to have a brief flashback, the robots design closely reminding him of the war in Germany long ago.

One of the robots veered off in another direction, while one approached X-23 ( strike [dice=20+3] ) while the other stomped towards Cap ( strike [dice=20+3] ) and both opened up with their chest cannons.

[Aura]

As Aura flew in behind Songbird, she could see Melissa was in trouble. Two robots had her pinned between then and were firing at her indiscrimanently. Songbird had shielded herself, but was unable to move. There were other robots inside, but they were all moving towards the exits or loading crates onto a strange tracked vehicle.


[Daredevil]

The smaller robots did not pay any attention to DD and Spitfire and headed towards the fence towards the river, but the larger did and strode towards the two heroes, and began to fire their weapons (strike [dice=20+3] )

[Wolverine and Shadowcat]

As Kitty ran towards the building, Wolverine could see something was stomping towards her from Cap's entry point. Thankfully Kity was intangible as the nazibot's chest turret came to live and a hail of bullets passed through her harmlessly.

Aura sees songbird in trouble and as such dives in stricking whichever one is closest. Diving in even risking damage to help her out.

The Sentinel of Liberty deflects the barrage with his shield before turning into a living battering ram to bring the robot down at the knees.

Spider-Man heads through the hole in the fence that Black Knight made for him and uses his communicard to trace where Songbird is. That or the sounds of gunfire. Either way, Spider-Man heads toward where Songbird is and takes in the scene.

Seeing the AA weapons brought online and tracking the flyers, Wolverine sprints towards the nearest staircase to try and make his way up to disable them. "Anti-aircraft's tracking the flyers. Watch it."

As Wolverine warns the others, he watches the nazibot shoot through the intangible Kitty as it continues to close on her.

[Aura]

Aura's dive impacted the robot hard enough to knock it aside ( Aura also takes 12 dmg from impact), but didn't knock it down. In fact it didn't even stop firing as it turned, straffing two of the smaller robots and taking out many of the windows on the far side of the building as it turned to fire on Aura [dice=20+3]
It did however allow Songbird to recover a bit and focus on just the one attacker.

[Spiderman]

Spidey picked up Songbird and Aura were inside the warehouse, on the otherside of the building. Suddenly the windows along the roofline shattered from gunfire straffed them from the inside. Black Knight patted Spidey on the shoulder," You go, I'll handle these two." He pointed the tip of his blade towards two man sized robots approaching them.

[Cap & X-23]

Captain America felt the impact of the heavy caliber slugs as they bounced away before he charged. The shield bash struck and the robot wobbled, but stayed on it's feet. Unable to aim in that close, the nazibot instead tried to bring down a hammerfist on Cap's head [dice=20+3]

X-23 avoided the gunfire easily, and her kick struck home, slicing across robot. also to close for the guns to aim down at her, the nazibot attempted a punch at her [dice=20+3][rand=5297186794281374333915940383439430660689980130473764288217421274]

Kitty lets out a yelp of surprise, somehow having missed the nazibots initial approach; thanking god that she was intangible, she attempts to find some cover to dart behind. If I can get close enough, I can try to fry its circuits... she thinks to herself.

If she can find some cover she'll duck b ehind it, hopefully the nazibot will come closer to try and get at her. If no cover is available, then she'll just double-time it towards the bot, and use her Catastrophic System Failure power on it when she's able to pass through it.
