After a couple of wrong turns from programming glitches, the car's GPS had finally led Kitty and Jared to the Avenger's mansion. As they started to get out of the car, a shadow passed overhead and then they saw what could only be one of the Avenger's Quinjets pass overhead. " Greetings Miss Pryde, you must be here looking for Logan? He is just returning," Jarvis said as he halted his gardening. " Come inside and I'll get you some refreshments while you wait."
" The Avengers have a butler?" Jared said in suprise and started to follow Jarvis.
(Avengers except Spiderman)
As the Quinjet passed over the mansion, Hawkeye commented," We have visitors."
A quick glance showed a car out front with the doors just opening, but only X-23 and Wolverine recognized it as Bobby Drake's, though Logan knew Bobby should be off with the rest of the X-Men.. The Quinjet maneuvered into the waiting hangar and touched down, with a lone figure standing in the hangar waiting for them.
(Captain America)
Hawkeye's breif and horribly spelled text to Cap had said something after translation about the Masters of Evil being back. It was enough of a disturbing development that it had drawn him to await the arrival of the others when his communicard chirped. " We have guests, sir." Jarvis stated, " Miss Kitty Pryde and another young man are here, presumably not to visit me."

It had been fairly simple to webline home while staying mostly unnoticed, and Mary Jane had seemed to enjoy the trip (or at least the being held tightly part). Inside the apartment, MJ looked at Peter , " Stop pouting Tiger, it's not the first time Norman has gotten the better of you. Do I really have to start naming off the list?" she folded her arms as if it might have been a scolding, but the effect was lost in the fact that she was in the middle of changing her clothes.

"Alright. Let's get everyone into the briefing room and compare notes on the night's activities." The Star-Spangled Avenger takes a moment to make a final computer check before taking his place at the conference table.

Tally walks into the room still looking somewhat out of place and takes a seat at the table. Somewhat tired after not having a break at all between what is happening and the rest.

x23 takes a minute to sniff for Bobby (this car is out front) or any familiar people before heading after Cap.

Avengers
X-23 did catch a scent, but it wasn't Bobby. At first she thought it was the missing Tabitha, but then realized it was Shadowcat, and she had someone she didn't recognize with her.
As Aura sat door, she felt a pat on the shoulder. "You did pretty good today, especially stopping Headsman from getting away." Melissa said as she took the seat next to Tally.
Hawkeye looked at Cap and scowled across the table. " I screwed up bad today. First when I let the Masters of Evil get the drop on us, and then I let Osbourn set us up for a publicity stunt for his campaign."

Cap nods. "Don't worry about, Hawkeye. You're not the first or the last Avenger who's had a bad day. Just make your next move count. I know you won't miss your mark."

Peter gets inside and takes off his mask and then starts to pace around the house. "I'm sick of it MJ! Why do horrible people like Osborn get away with murder, while I do everything in my power to do good, get a monthly, no WEEKLY headline about how I'm a menace? This is insane!" Peter slows down and looks at his wife and calms down a little bit. "You're not even gonna let me finish ranting are you?" A smile spreads over his face, knowing that his wife wasn't going to let him stay miserable. At least there are some things that still make sense...

Mary Jane laughed as Peter stopped, then stepped towards him and pulled his arms around her with a soft, " Nope" before kissing him. " At least it wasn't just you this time. Are you serious about this Avengers thing? We both know your history of playing with others." she grinned teasingly.

" Very funny, Cap. " Hawkeye scoffed," Aren't you worried about a new Masters of Evil showing up and baiting us out to hand out butts to us?"

Shre slipped out of his arms with a peck on the cheek before finishing changingand heading to the kitchen. " A shower wouldn't you hurt either."

Jarvis led Kitty and Jared through the house untill they stopped in a small sitting room. " Mr. Logan and the others are gathered for a brief meeting. Please wait here and I will inform the others you are here. I will return with refreshments in a few moments."
Jared shook his head," Wow, the Avengers even have a butler? This is crazy, the others back home will never believe... whoaKitty," he pointed as jarvis had left the door open," Check itout!" Seated around a table in the next room were the Avengers themselves.
[Avengers]
Songbird shrugged. " We can't win them all, no matter how good we are. The hard part is learning to accept that, which some of us do better than others." As she said it, she motioned towards Hawkeye and Captain America.
Hawkeye shook his head. "Not really. We looked into all the regular haunts and rattled some chains, but no one seemes to have any idea where to find the Spot." He motioned towards the doorway as Jarvis came in. " Looks like we have company." Cap could see the pair in the sitting room.
Both X-23 and Wolverine could smell Kitty's scent even stronger when Jarvis approached them. " Pardon me, but there is a Ms. Pryde waiting to see you in the outer room once your meeting is adjourned."

Kitty shifted her stance a little to glance passed Jared into the next room over; spotting a few familiar faces she smilies a little, but then sobers up, remembering the reason they are here. Pacing for a moment, she frowns, then with a shake of her head, moves towards the open door. "This can't wait, and if they've been out looking for.. her.. then they need to know this." she then growls to herself, slightly agitated.
Stepping just inside the room, she looks to the group sitting, making eye-contact with each person who looks in her direction, doing her best to not feel intimidated by the famous faces.
