"It is beginning to sound like this is a longer mission than we first thought. I think we need more intel before we make a full on attack. If we recon the area, we can pick up on distribution points then we can take out their street level dealers, break up any exchanges, bust up any sales in progress, destroy warehouses. Break up their network little by little. We can go as covert as possible try and make them think its another gang or something. Or go overt so they come right after us. Either way unless we go for a full frontal assault on the known complex, we are looking at an extended tour here," Simmons says giving his opinion to all.

"Agreed, Simmons. This isn't an in-and-out. This is an investment in real estate, establishing ourselves, and snooping into everything we can. I'm thinking surveillance might be our best bet before we even try undercover. But we need not be so aggressive. If we move in, they'll change up. Better to let them get comfortable, as we observe." Forbes took a sip of his soda and gazed at his reflection in his boot.
"We hit them now, we take an empty warehouse. That's why we need Hemmaway setting up any and every wire she can. Let's watch, and lets set up some quality wires."

(OOC: remember Hemmaway is on vacation and you won't get a reply until next week)
Xander returned, snagging one of the bottles as he passed, " What about the Costa Rica connection? Has to be a reason they called down there twice. My geography isn't great, but Pujols has connections to Panama, right, and Costa Rica is close."
"And neither one have import rules like here in the States, " Colonel Randle nodded, " Good point, but that's a hell of a long way to transport over land."
"No further than guys doing the California to Alaska run, but they'd either have to buy off the locals or have one hell of an escort to keep from getting hijacked."
"And a convoy like that gets noticed." Randle nodded. " I'll put in a couple calls. If this is a regular route, it'll get noticed and give a starting point. They really can't be that brazen."
"One truck, two or three chase vehicles taking turns, it wouldn't be hard." Xander shrugged. " I know our side had done it enough times." He didn't give details, but the Colonel's reaction made it clear he knew what Xander was referring to.

"All central American countries are close. This could end up looking like hop scotch. But we need intel on leaders, their 20's and their lieutenants." Forbes sipped his beverage and almost smiled. Clearly, he liked it.
"Lane is correct. We need to know weaknesses. Gambling, whores, drugs, homosexuals, whatever. The more we can blackmail with, the better. And this goes down to soldiers, up to captains and to bosses."

Hemmaway out of it for a long time finally snaps to and answers quickly, "Yes Sirs!"

Lane was content to listen and sip her beverage. Forbes was thinking like an intel officer, and that was good.

Touching down at ELP (El Paso International Airport), Randle taxied the plane to the private hangar. The first thing that greeted the team as they disembarked was the heat. Ramirez took a deep breath and smiled, " Home, sweet home."
Just outside the hangar sat a trio of vehicles. A 4 door Jeep, a Chev fullsize van and a mid 80's Dodge Power Wagon. Once the team equipment had been loaded in the van, Randle held out a map of the city and a GPS for each vehicle.
The GPS had been preprogrammed with different routes that eventually led them to a Motel 6 on the west side of the city. Randle and Xander had arrived first, and were waiting in the parking lot with room keys when the others arrived. Randle spoke up," Not the Hilton, but we've got an entire wing to ourselves." He handed out room keys. "An extra room in the middle we'll set up as ops. Works? Forbes, there's all yours now, I'm just logistics and support."

"PFC. Hemmaway? Go on and contact Huachuca. Requisition what field assets you will need to monitor mobile phones, personnel and equipment needed to mind internet, airborne single interception and jamming. Back in the sandbox, they used garage door openers to pop IED's and we used Queers to block them. I can req a queer if it will help. Otherwise you're on intel point to get us what we need to know. Simmons? You and Miss Jackman back her up.
"We can get all the towers you need. Wiretaps. Internet intercepts. This is war. No court order is needed. Consider the candy store open.
"Sullivan? Isaacson? Let's go to town. We'll play dumb yank tourists, but buy when offered and tag the seller's location. Make note of contraband offered, and let's all stay tight. Ramirez? Your choice.
"And everyone? Drink the beer, not the water, if you please. Spend freely, and look like high rollers wherever you go, hooah?"

"Yes Sir!" Hemmaway responds as she follows the order and contacts ahead. Thinking what she will need, "I will need the following equipment..." and goes through and orders everything under the sun that she thinks could be needed to follow through with what will be needed to get the job done.

Simmons acknowledges Forbes with a nod and a, "got it."
He turns to Hemmaway, "Pitbull, you need to drop the Yes Sirs, remember, we are under cover. I know its been drilled into us, but right now, you have to let it go. Show respect, acknowledge, but keep it reined in. What kind of power draw are we going to need to run everything your ordering?"

Julia nods when Forbes gives out orders and grins when he tells everyoen to drink the beer and not the water. "No problem!" she replies enthusiastically.

"For everything I need I will require the draw of at least to ten-k draw generators to be in safety net. But not practical. I can probably probably make do with something that can supply a ten k's of wattage. I suppose if we do it right although we would need permission unless we use more larcenic means we could take directly from the grid. But that would take permission I am not sure we could obtain." Her answer is honest and truthful and only thing she can come up with.

Simmons shakes his head, "remember undercover. Big ass generator with cable running to your room, not exactly inconspicuous. Tap the grid, I'll clear it with Randle. Think you can do it without burning the building down?"

"Yes. I can even create the wire if need be." She responds, "And I have done it in the past, although it was a little trial and error."
