Rifts: The Ottawa Edition Actually, it does have all the trappings, doesn't it? Fear-mongering groups, open-minded groups, extreme-I'm-not-a-fear-monger-but-I'll-rule-you-anyways types, pocekt kingdoms, all the regular folks trapped in between. All we're missing is a SAMAS variant |
