So what would the character creation rules be like?

That might be the worst ever, entering a game rolls, I have ever had.

How many defensive roles, as a normal deal, do you want in combats? Whatever I am comfortable with giving?

Arrrrgggh! Well at least my defensive rolls are good, that's something. Who knows. MAYBE, if I did catch someone with their back to me, I might have still hit.

Sorry, I was late there. Not getting notices by email, I can forgot, especially this past week with changed meds and rougher mental state.

Lifted from Systems Failure, tweaked to fit the Analytical Mind ability a Natural Genius can have. GM of course, has the final say. If allowed, and the roll is made, Rex's looking around is mentally mapping the place out for battle (firing points, strategic points for advancing or retreat, etc.).
Analytical Mind Storm: GM’s discretion, but for every four points of I.Q., they can, once a day (+1 use at levels 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15), come up with an incredible solution to an otherwise insurmountable problem. This can be anything from figuring out a failed skill roll, deciphering an alien artifact in the nick of time, or just deducting where the villains are at. ("I don't know why I didn't see it before, but those scratches on the helicopter means it was attacked by the villain Cloud Raptor! And given the current wind trajectory and ambient magnetic energy in the air, thanks to the alignment of the planets this month, this means that Cloud Raptor would have come from the south, no more than 20 miles from here! Let's go!").

Apologies. I had to edit my last game post twice. Seems the first time, probably due to my migraines, didn't take.

So, here we are in the final chapter.
I've advanced the timeframe over two years, and I'd like you, the players to fill in the blanks as to what's happened to your characters in the meantime.
Maybe your character has lost a loved one? Or is beginning to settle down? Or maybe something's happening to them that is making them reconsider?
Feel free to be creative.

The Tillmans are the farmers you left the alien baby with back in Chapter 5. The Mayerts and the Duchess you met in Chapter 4.
