"Thank-you for your permission." William responds, then he inhales to finish it all off. "It looks like a mob play for regional control. Miami's a big through-put for immigrants, and goods, as well as vacations. Basically, cheap labour, and a lot of money to be made. An opportunists dream. And whoever controls the city gets those dreams. Tyler and the others (William nods his head to the conference room) figure it's a mob thing, which doesn't surprise me. The leaders of the coup are already starting treaties with the other Dons."
William grabs slice of pizza, and burst the silver flame in his hand to heat it a little before eating it. "Any other questions?"

Alice listens to this quietly and then adds "When I met Jason earlier, he told me that he had tried to help police with a couple of bank robbers and that they ignored the bank robbers to chase him down. They even shot at him. When they saw me, they assumed I was in league with him and tried to bring me somewhere to 'question' me even though I wasn't even with Jason at the time." Alice shivers remembering it "It was pretty scary"

Alice sits on the couch quietly trying to absorb everything she'd heard so far. One minute her biggest worry was whether or not she was going to be able to finish her assignments on time, and the next she's sitting with a bunch of other metas talking about how someone is trying to take over the city. She smiles sadly to herself thinking 'Pretty crazy'

Ice just looks slackjawed at Will, before panning to look at the others. " what have I gotten myself into?" He murmured.
The conference room door opened and Ty and Jason returned, Tyler pushing Jason in his wheelchair, his suit nowheres to be seen and he's cleaned up a bit. Oddly, the pair almost seem to resemble each other as Tyler smirks at Will. " So have you scared the heck out of them yet?"
Jason rolled from Ty's pushing to the couch and looked at alice glumly. " I'm sorry I dragged you into this." He turned his attention to Eric. " Now just what the heck were you two up two that you brought control down on us ? Atlas never likes to make a move that quick."

William was about to answer Tyler's question when he noticed the similarity. When Jason was talking to Eric, William quietly points to Jason and mouths to Tyler "son?"

Alice smiles awkwardly at Jason "It's ok. I can still walk away if I want to. This Atlas person doesn't know I exist, so I should be fine."
As Jason talks to Eric, she has to admit to herself that she was tempted to do so, despite what she had just learned. It all seemed sureal, as if it was happening to someone else and not her. Alice sighs quetly and leans back on the couch and listens to the conversation going on around her.

"Well, apparently they want a disc I was given. They've been rounding up my friends looking for it. We were trying to find what was on it so we could hopefullly find my friends. I was encrypted with a tracking device so everywhere we try and use it they track us down. Thats why I wanted to know if you had a properly secure network on your computer. Ice and I have barely been able to get into it by the time people keep showing up and we have to run. Thats all I really know. Whatever is on that disc is really important to them." Eric keeps his backpack in his lap.
