Jason turns and looks at the woman at the counter., then turns back quickly with a disturbing look on his face. " Yeah, definitely her. Dammit, odf all the dumb luck..."

"Huh?" Ice says, lookoing up from the comp, but looks back at the screen as the disk drive suddenly takes off. " Hey, I think it's working."

Noticing the look on Jason's face, Alice glances at the woman again. It was obvious that Jason knew her from his reaction, so she asked "Who is that? Is she an ex-girlfriend or something?"
Lowering her voice, Alice asks quietly, "Did you want to leave? If you want to take off, it's ok, or if you wanted to keep chatting, we could go somewhere else to do it."

the screen suddenly blacked out, with a error message
Error
Insufficient drive capability.
Ice cursed as he tapped at the keyboard. " It locked up on me. What the hell is on that disk?"

Jason shook his head. " No, definitely not an ex." He stretched his neck what the hell are those two up to? That almost looks like..." He rose and started towards the teens
[All]
Jason hovered over Eric and Ice. " What are you two doing? That's a restricted and monitored site." His outburst drew the attention of the woman in the trenchcoat, who came to stand next the table Alice sat at. " Jason? When did you get back in... my god, you're walking."
Jason replied, his tone dripping of mistrust. " Hello Felicia. Long time."

Confused, Alice follows Jason towards the two teens at the computer. Once she sees what they are doing, she feels a bolt of fear run through her stomach. 'Idiots!' she thinks to herself.
Once Felicia comes over, a lightbulb goes on in Alice's mind. Felicia was surprised to see that Jason was walking, which probably meant she knew about his accident. She has a feeling that this Felicia person was one of the people Jason had mentioned earlier. She decides to stay in the background, and stay quiet and simply observe what's going on around her.
Feeling a bit nervous, Alice starts looking around to see if there were any officials like cops around them. One run in with them a day was enough for her.

Jason's attention split between Felicia and Ice, his face a mix of emotions as Felicia spoke again. " We've been worried about you. No one's heard anything since..." her voice trailed, riddled with guilt.
" I don't want to talk about it, especially with you." He snapped back, focusing on the computer. " Oh this is not good." The screech of tires sowheres out of sight seemed to confirm his point. He looked up at Alice. " Get out of here, now. Take these two troublemakers with you. I'll call your cell once things settle down." He winked. " Good thing you dropped that book."
Ice began to protest when Jason plucked him out of the chair and pushed him towards Alice. The hacker shouted back. " Eric, the disk!"

Eric grabs the disk out of the computer faster than anyone else could react. He slips it into its case and pockets it. "Hey Mister if I were you I'd let go of him now." Eric gets ready to get his friend. "We've run from thing that I'm sure are stronger then some guy in a bulky jump suit." Eric looks up at the man and then to Ice "You ready to leave Ice?" he looks back to the man "Well you going to let him go?" Eric grabs the other side of ice's chair. Difiance is evident in his eyes.

Alice's head whips around to the sound of screeching tires. Cursing, she grabs her bag and walks over to the young looking boy and snaps at him "Do me a favour and drop the "Mr. Tough-Guy" act ok? We have to get the hell out of here NOW" Grabbing his arm, she pushes him in the direction of the exit. Turning to his friend she points to the exit and snaps "Go!"
Turning to Jason, she nods "I'll talk to you later then." She starts to leave, but turns around and says quietly to Jason "Be careful, ok?"

Eric tries to protest getting pushed out the door with no success. When he dets outside he yells at the lady "Hey! Where are you taking my friend!!!" Eric looks up at her "If you don't tell me... I'll... I'll... hurt you!"

Alice sighs and rolls her eyes out of sight of the kid. She mutters "I wasn't this annoying, was I?" Seeing Jason smile and start to answer she glares at him "Don't say a word. Not one word." Spinning on her heel, she replies "Listen kid, shut up. You're coming with us, so you can protect your friend. Happy?" Turning around, she sees people getting out of a car.
She impatiently gestures in the opposite direction and starts walking briskly "It's time to go, kids. NOW."

Eric sees the men coming and instantly acts as if he hadn't been protesting a second before "Yes, Ma'am" he says with no sign discontempt. He looks to Ice and gives him heads up "play along" he wispers to him

Ice nods a reply as behind them they hear felicia chuckle. " This is like old times, Jas."
" Shut up ." Jason replied, making sure that the pair of them were between Alice and the approaching agents. " Play time."
As the three continue along the sidewalk, shouts and the sounds of a fight erupt from out of view. Ice looks at Alice." Your boyfriend is either brave or crazy."
As he says it, a pair of police cruisers race past, sirens blaring.

"He's not my boyfriend, "Alice replies automatically without much conviction in her voice. Pausing for a few seconds, she adds "It's probably a little bit of both."
At the sound of fighting, Alice tenses and glances back with a worried look on her face. She hopes that Jason won't get himself killed, and briefly wonders if she should go back to help. Scoffing quietly, she admits she probably wouldn't be much help at all, and that Jason could take care of himself. She walks as fast as she can, feeling tense. She takes her cell phone out of her purse and puts it on vibrate and slips it into her pocket for if he calls later.
As the cop cars drive by them, Alice looks over to the shops at her left, hoping the cops from earlier weren't arriving in the area. After a minute, she says "I really don't know where we should go. Do either of you have a place we can go to hide out until things quiet down?"
