(( OOC-> Since it's trivial Bellephoebe can probably make you a set of talismans (under the spell description) a couple of 50 PPE batteries and an amulet that will cast invincible armor 3x per day like she did for Aki. She could also put any spells on scrolls you'd like to request but you could only keep a few on hand at any time.
As far as equipment goes, I believe Battle Magus get a choice of magical weapon as part of their OCC equipment. I might have missed it but I didn't see anything from the FoM arsenal and your a veteran (higher than first level). Perhaps left behind while you were on sojourn but could probably be recovered now.
Typically when people play Battle Maguses they wind up grabbing one of the standard FoM swords (page 119 FoM) made in Stormspire. Either the Battle Fury blade, or the Deathbringer sword. Both are TW as opposed to rune weapons and require PPE to activate their best features. I know some GMs have banned the Battle Fury blade due to the way it can be used with some melee characters who already have supernatural strength and lots of attacks. The Deathbringer has a nice invulnerability field feature, though with all the magic in this campaign I'm not sure how useful it would be.
It's a GM call but you could probably also get/justify having in storage a couple of the TW guns that are standard for FoM forces (from page 113 on) but again like most FoM stuff it requires you use your PPE to charge it which means less for spellcasting if you deplete it while fighting, though admittedly being from Dweamor you actually have PPE clip weapons which helps somewhat and could probably justify having spares. When I played Belle in Merctown she had a TW Sonic Rifle at one point, but rarely used it due to the area effect and friendly fire issues, if we fight another army that one might be useful though. The TW Storm Rifle is also a fairly versatile one.
I could have Belle do dimension trading for credits, but in the current timeline getting things like Naruni force fields is a little trickier outside of places like Merctown. You might however be able to get one of Fakir's personal shields when we show up. Of course I'm wary of relying on those because both ICly and OOCly I have my doubts about Fakir since this entire campaign seemed to revolve around stopping him until recently.
Since I never got an answer earlier when we were discussing the collossus in private mail (or maybe it got lost, it happens) is the travel spell limited by size, weight, or both? Since the Collossus was too big I wanted to know if making the comparitively humbler "Earth Thunder" (pages 101-104) was viable since it can be constructed to only be 10' tall (it's basically guided by a chair attached to the back with the pilot facing the other way). If that can't make it through no biggie, Belle can use one but it wouldn't be her first choice. Mostly she wants to construct one in case we wind up getting into any more brawls against demons and such like the last time. Of course it does appear she will have other PCs to hide behind and support for once (in this campaign) though.
Also Bellephoebe can make D-pockets for everyone, which is probably how she's carrying all the scrolls she's already made. This is just the usual Temporal Wizard spell though.
With Dweamor's magic nexus, in thinking about anything you might want done, consider that Bellephoebe has pretty much every high level spell (though few low level spells) and a crazy PPE throw and regen from nexus points while here. Belle is however (as you will learn) scatter brained and overall not very aggressive or assertive in most cases. Other than suggesting the basics (talismans, armor amulets, a few scrolls, D-pockets) which I mentioned it doesn't occur to her to get very creative at the moment. However if you ever thought in playing RIFTS "wow, I wish I had an uber mage to do this for me" this is exactly the time to ask. When we leave Dweamor she won't be able to easily do 1/10th of what she can do there.

Oh and while I'm rambling (if anyone read the above) one other straightforward thing she can do if the GM doesn't veto it is make magical armor. She has all the skills to shape armor, and can construct it out of wood (creating the wood she needs even if nessicary) and then put Ironwood on it to transform it into MDC or make it hyper protective in SDC enviroments. I didn't mention it before because what we're fundementally talking about is partial plate, it's out of character for Bellephoebe, and I figured since both Joudan and Aki are kung-fu masters it might not fit their style of play. I believe off the top of my head it comes out to 220 MDC/SDC with AR 17 in SDC settings, and a -15% penelty to swimming, prowl, and actobatics. It's also unrepairable without more Ironwood. Bellephoebe can do this to an extent in the field but has to shape the armor with tools and fit it which takes time. Sadly we don't have any major vehicles otherwise I could do Ironwood sheeting (huge planks of wood inflused with her maximum PPE throw to add thousands of extra damage absorbsion to a tank or APC). I GMed a game where a player sold me on that one (lol) and always wanted to use that trick.

A rift could take a Colossus to Tanis Six, but a time warp can only move about 1000lbs. Fakir's ship can move something as big as a Colossus, and he might agree to go pick up heavy equipment if it is worth while....
However, when the characters arrive at the seal spell site at Fallen Empire it won't take long to figure out the problem with massive machines.
If it got lost, my response to Colossus type stuff is : approved, but don't say I didn't mention its size would be a problem.
In general, when time/dimension travelling, the smaller a vehicle is the better...
