"Crystal is still recovering from dealing with the terrorists at the spaceport." Balus replied. He looked around, and spotting Spike Tail's troops, he smirked and lumbered over to them. "I need this," he said as he took a riot shield away from one of them and headed back to Fegh. He gripped it backwards by the ends and dropped to one knee next to the water main, " Give me a hole, sir."

A little grin to herself. "Roger, Captain." she replies to Spiketail, before half-turning to observe Fegh and Balus. Over the comm, she advises Fegh that she's been given permission to deploy tear gas if the crowd gets too unruly. "Using high pressure water may well c onvince them of their foley though... I like that idea."

Spike Tail clears a hole for Balus and Fegh to make their attempt at Dispersion as Kassidy keeps watch over the increasingly angry crowd.
"Maybe...can you find out if Bally's OK?" Treena asks Krystal.

"I promised Bally I would stay here and keep you all safe as I am still now one hundred percent. But if you really want me to I could go look." She says standing up hoping she does not have to go but almost thanks to the siblings she is starting to worry about him.

Once everyone is in position Fegh forms another Energy Axe and says, "let us hope this works." He swings high gripping the energy axe with two hands as he brings it down aiming for one spot on the Water main.

Balus braced himself, dropping to one knee while trying to aim in the right dirction as Fegh swung. " It'll work, sir."

Gilad nods to Krystal. "Please, check on him. For us. We'll be ok." Krystal then starts hearing noises coming from the elevator shaft.
Fegh cuts open the pipe and releases the water, the recoil of which threatens to knock Balus on his back. The impromptu geyser works, forcing the crowd back and causing them to start breaking up.

Krystal remembering that she was worried before about the elevator shaft this time decides to actually fully investigate it. Taking whatever energy she has left to put into her armour for her own protection she goes and takes a look.

Balus gritted his teeth as he fought to hold on to the shield. He couldn't see because he had to clench his eyes and duck away to protect his face, so he shouted," Is it working?" He continued to make small adjustments to redirect the flow.

Fegh says, "it does seem to be working. Continue if you can until they all disperse. Then we will need to find a way to seal this."
Fegh then turns back to watch the crowd continue to disperse.

Krystal, you see a five man team, all dressed in paramilitary outfits, climbing out of the shaft and onto the floor drawing weapons.
Fegh and Balus manage to get the rioters to disperse.

Raising her hands Krystal turns to those in paramilitary outfits. "Stay there and stand down lest I be forced to use lethal force!" She then activates her radiation power prepared to take a shot should any of them decide to go for their gun.

Seeing the crowd breaking up, Balus used every bit of his strength to try to force the shield over the hole in the pipe to control spray. At the same time he bellowed," SOMEONE FIND A SHUT OFF VALVE! I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I CAN HOLD IT!"
