Lex groaned as his eyes opened, his head pounding like he'd been hit by a truck. It took him a minute to register it was the car he was looking at, and a moment longer to realize it was going to come straight at him. As he started to rise, he brought his Tommy Trencher into play, unloading a slug meant for the front tire

Seeing what Viv has in mind The Scarecrow figures any pretensions of stealth are long gone. He simply aims his gun at the back of the guys head (since he turned around) and pulls the trigger.

(Lex, Scarecrow, and Viv)
[dice=100] [dice=20+5]
Viv's arrow sends the big lug hurtling into a haystack, causing Scarecrow's shot to miss.
Lex blows out the tire, but the driver is good, he's managing to maintain control and is still coming towards you and Viv.
(all three of you need to roll a dodge)

The goon smirks. "Yeah, I don't think so, mask-boy. The only one who's got any cupperatin' to do will be you when Maroni boils you up and serves you to the dogs."

"Friend, how do you think he's going to react when he finds out you gave us the info on his little hooch operations? Hm? Who do you think he'll boil alive first?"
"If you keep playing dumb then I guess I won't have anymore use for you. I'll let slip to the people who'll want to know that you sang like a canary, or, you can make a smart decision for once in your life. Give me the scoop on the barn in the countryside that Maroni owns and no one will be the wiser you talked to us. You continue slipping information our way and I'm sure we can work out a deal."

Lex brought himself up to one knee as he racked in the next shell. This time he leveled for the driver's side windshield and squeezed the trigger. " Get clear kiddo! He ain't stoppin!" He warned.

Hearing Lex's warning, Vivian attempts to get out of the way of the car as Lex fires at it.

The Scarecrow attempts to dodge, despite his armor he'd rather not get hit by a car.

If the car hits (given that it's out of control and probably not aimed at him anyway) The Scarecrow will attempt to roll with impact to reduce the damage to his Armor Of Ithan if at all possible in hopes of not having to spend more PPE re-casting it yet
Roll [dice=20+4]
Success or failure, if the car stops after hitting a tree or something after it goes past he will let the other (visible) heroes deal with it the driver while he heads towards the building again to investigate it and see if there is anything of interest left inside, heading towards where the car was located.
IF the vehicle continues to drive away or recovers somehow after this The Scarecrow will attempt to shoot out one of it's rear tires (two bad tires should make it's escape even more unlikely). This might not come up however.
Strike [dice=20+1] Damage [dice=24]
That might not even come up however.
If this is the super vehicle from before (I'm guessing it is) and seems like it's unusually durable despite the damage to the tires and it seems like it's going to be an unusual problem The Scarecrow will growl "Hit the dirt" which might give away his location to the other PCs audibly as he rolls a grenade under it (or tries to). Strike roll above (not sure how it went at the time of writing this), of course they probably see the grenade and will have better things to worry about. On a normal car however he isn't going to bother since it's probably going to be ripped to shreds by small arms fire from the other PCs in short order if it's somehow still resisting.

Scarecrow and Vivian dodge the runaway car as Lex's shot puts a hole in the windshield and the Car smashes out of the barn into the night. Scarecrow won't have the time to roll a grenade though as it moves out.

Lex racked in another slug as he rose to his feet, slowly due to the ache in the back of his head. His first instinct was a quick glance at Vivian to make sure she was all right before advancing towards the rest of the mobsters that were beyond the car, returning fire with anyone that fires towards him [dice=20+1][rand=967427732092982512744623429040075216593250344431949040248983677001]

Glances over to the other thug and Avery, back to the thug on the ground before him, shrugs. "Fair enough then. I'll let him know you kept your mouth shut, but you failed in your mission. Mind you, you *also* nearly messed up the mission he put me on."

The Scarecrow switches to his BAR (better range) and tries to get a shot at another one of the tires as it blasts past out of the Barn.
Strike [dice=20]
Damage [dice=30] (5d6)
Or if it's practical he'll cast another FEAR spell at the driver and see if it causes it to lose control this time.

Whelps, this seems like it's not The Scarecrow's day for gunplay (given the way it was blasting away I'm guessing it was out of range for Fear, I modified the above post to list the right spell). Unless he did get a chance to get the Fear spell off and it worked this time (HF 16) The Scarecrow weighs his options:
He'd like to get into the building to poke around, but he's also used a bunch of his PPE (by my math he's running at just under half), on the other hand there are all these other heroes poking around and he doesn't want to compromise his secret identity unless he has to, and he kind of thinks Dark Rider is a bit of a douchebag, since he feels that if it wasn't for him he would have already dealt with this quietly, what's more he was able to figure out where he was before (which makes him an extremely dangerous douchebag) and will probably be poking around in there himself.
So, unless the car is stopped The Scarecrow disappears into the corn field and heads back to his truck, where he removes his costume. Then, unless he was followed (unlikely) he uses Astral Projection and enters the barn, presumably following the other PCs to see what they turn up. He'll primarily watch Dark Rider if he enters since he DOES seem like a dangerously perceptive sort.

Scarecrow's shot ricochets off the car's armored hide, as you head back to your truck you see a lot of men running around, and a few bodies with gunshot wounds in them.
Lex, you fire into a trio of gangsters, bringing one down while the others scatter. It appears they know of the Steel Fist's reputation. Your ears are still ringing though, as you think the car might be circling around....
(Avery and Rex)
Rex, the goon's face pales for a moment, but then he just takes a swing at you. "No way the boss would let a clown like you work for him!"

"Kiddo, watch for that car ." Lex said as he moved to find some cover then he switched his tone slightly and raised his voice," I'm going to give the rest of you the chance to surrender or else. Be smart, I'm sure you all know what Steel Fist is capable of." He couldn't help but smirk at the corny line
