Tom smiles back at Beth. "My card's free, so why not?"

Isamu nods in understanding. "I understand. I will more than likely rely on you for field operations. I am glad you stayed. Enjoy your downtime. I must go down and see Ashley," he says with a kind smile before excusing himself and heading down.

As people begin to scatter, Siobhan approaches Isamu, offering a polite tip of her head in greeting. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but I do have a question that is a little more personal and less business.. though I suppose a little of both. " she starts, head tilting slightly. "As you know I only just arrived.. I've not really had much of an opportunity to look around yet. I mostly wanted to know if I had an assigned sleeping area, and where it is.. I wouldn't mind a little break. It's been a rather long day."

Isamu stops on his ways to the cells and turns to look at the new comer. He offers a polite yet short bow in greeting. "Welcome to the team," he says. "I do apologize that your joining us could not be during a better time. We are still trying streamline our group dynamics."

He stops Avery as he is leaving the control room and says, "Avery can you please show our new member to a room? I would like to spend some time with Ashley before the moon rises," then looking back at Siobhan, "I apologize I cannot take the time right now, however if you like I can give you a tour of the rest of the building later. Although I am sure Avery would be able to answer any questions you have better than I. Now if you'll excuse me," he says with another short bow before hurrying to find Ashley.

Heading down he stops just inside the cell area to see what Ashley is doing before saying, "my love?"

Beth's smile faded," Umm, can you do sand? I mean without using your powers?"

Avi nodded to Isamu," Sure, I can find her a room and show her around. Go tend to Ashley." Avi turned to Siobhan, " come on, I'll give you the quick tour. You can prowl around on your own later once you know the layout." Leaving the computer control room, he went through the kitchen/dining room, out onto the patio and up the stairs to the upper patio and into the living room area at the middle of the second floor. He pointed out necessities before stopping at one of the hallway doors. "Things are sort of dorm style, but you luck out for now and don't have a roomie. He opened the door to a small common room with a fair size bedroom off each side. "Take your pick. You can settle in if you want, or we can cover the rest of the house now. You luck out by the way, you're across from one of the bathrooms."

Ashley looked up from switching mattresses in two of the cells. " All finished up stairs?I'm just trying to get things ready for the weekend. During the full moon, this is the safest way. You know that, unless you are willing to use some Cure to suppress my powers until the moon cycle passes?"

"Without my powers? not really. But..." Tom concentrates, and the braces on his legs and back close up. A few seconds later, he's walking out of his chair. '...I can be creative."

Siobhan follows Avi up to the second floor, looking around as she does so, hoping she can remember her way around. Once they are in the common area, with the bedrooms offset, she nods to her guide. "Alright. Being close to the bathroom never hurts.. I hate waiting in line for my turn." she adds, a tone of amusement in her voice. "I think I'm going to take a little break right now.. I havn't had much sleep lately, and my arm is bothering me a little."

Sierra exchanges the frozen burger patties for hotdogs and grabs buns. tossing htem into a large bowl, she tops it up with ketchup mustard and a relish. she grabs a knife or two and offers a couple of bags of chips to Beth to carry.

'it's cool that you wanna join us play on the shore. nice to see you smile too' *she takes the large bowl and heads out hte back door and will wait to close the door before closing the sliding door and hopping the rail to land on the sand below and moves off after Kristian

Isamu approaches Ashley, takes the mattress from her and puts it down before encircling her in his arms. "I love you Ashley. I hope your not mad at me over anything I said up there. I am trying to make this group a team and be an effective leader. We will help Trevor clear his name and find whoever framed him," he says deliberately dodging her question.

"I'm not mad, Is. I can't get mad at you." Ashley said as he drew her close, letting him before embracing him tightly. Her actions were deliberate and enticing as one arm slipped down between them. It was also a sign that despite the moon cycle was already starting to affect her as she was also much more aggressive than normal.

"Well, I can help you with one of those." Avi smiled, gently taking Siobhan's arm in his hands, one holding her by the elbow, the other gently lightly laid on her forearm. He closed his eyes for a moment and a warm tingling sensation spread from his hands. At first it felt like he was numbing her injury, but she could quickly tell it was actually gone as he released. With a wink, he said," Helps I'm also the house medic. I'll leave alone to get some sleep. You change your mind, a bunch of us are having a cookout down on the beach."

As Sierra got there, Kristian was just building the fire in a hole in the sand and about to light it. He looked up at her as he put the match in to catch the paper," Just us, or anyone else coming? Oh crap, I forgot the ... heh" he chuckled, pointing up the beach at Janie and Dmitri coming, bringing roasting sticks and a bag of marshmallows.

" Room for two more?" Janie asked with a grin


Beth's eyes betrayed her concern. "You don't have to Tom. If you're uncomfortable or whatever, we don't have to." She said, obviously worried. " Don't do anything that you might hurt yourself , especially because of me."

"It's fine. Just...you know what I end up missing most when I'm on the beach? Feeling the sand between my toes. I don't feel it now, and when I'm metal, well..I don't even feel it then." Tom tries to smile. "But just the same, I'm glad to spend time with you."

[Dome]

Isamu blushes as Ashley reaches down, same as he always does when she does something like that.

He tries to offer her up a smile. She can tell by the look on his face how much the days events had weighed on him. He knows that the moon is already starting to affect her but he can use the closeness right now anyway. He kisses her again, and then reaches for her clothing. Between kisses he whispers, "how long?"

Ashley raised her arms over her head to allow Isamu to help. "An hour, maybe more. " She said between kisses. " Then keep everyone away from this room for a few days. I can feel it starting already." Beneath his embrace, Isamu could feel the aggitation of Ashley's symbiotes as she pressed herself tight against him. Under her breath she whispered, " _{I'm sorry I can't stop it}" Then she tripped Is so he fell atop her on the mattress on the floor.

Beth looked sadly at Tom. " I understand. I used to love to swim, but with these," she paused to reveal her hearing aids implanted to her skull, " washing my hair or getting caught in the rain is a tricky situation." She took his hand, then blushing, " I like you too Tom, and I have to admit, that's the real reason I agreed to help."

"thanks. I mean that." He blushes as well as they walk forward.

The beach party had gone on for a few hours before the team members made their way back to the house, full from roasting and ribs sore from laughter and a chance to relax and unwind. Thankfully, it was a quiet evening, with only a light surf to be heard, other than a the occasional faint animal sound.

As usual, the smells of breakfast cooking was the first thing to greet everyone.
