Dante and Bel's Wedding

Turning to Khris, "Spirits yes. I am sorry it is their day and there is no chance I want to ruin it at all. So best thing is to go find something else to do I guess lest my mouth opens and says something that may upset the couple. Either way, I am fine and can easily explore to find something to do. Unless you have better plans!"

" Not really." Khris replied with a shrug," I prefer games that I'm more in control of. Poker, Blackjack, that sort. Never been much for throwing dice. I know one thing, this place is making it hard to stick to giving up drinking." He looked around at the other patrons, the majority with a glass in thier hand. " And I wanted to make sure you weren't gonna pull Jeckle's trick and disappear on us. We don't usually get alot of down time, so try to enjoy it."

"Depends on how you define disappearing. As for downtime, do not worry, I have been going my entire life without what would be defined as a vacation. I have been fine this long but could easily go for another lifetime without. But that is besides the point though. I will not be leaving, I will probably be around here, just trying something to amuse myself more without worrying what all this money could be doing better then being used in gambling. I mean have you ever been to China....you know what this is why I walked away. So I would not say something that could potentially upset the couple." She responds waiting to see if anything else is added.

[Dome]

Dante shrugs and says to Bel, "you know by now I can't say no to you. All right lets play," he says turning back towards the table. He looks at the craps dealer, "I'm rolling now."

He swipes the dice off the table and quickly does and object read on them.

"I've been to China twice, but niether of them were sightseeing tours." Khris admitted. " And I've been worse places. tonight we let the happy couple have some fun and soon enough we'll be back to torturing those three poor kids in the name of training, okay?

"Very well! Like I said this is why I am in away avoiding the couple. I am in no way wishing to impede their fun at all, but don't you worry about me, I am good at well staying for the most part out of trouble. Or at least away from anyone unless they need me too." She gives a smile to Khris.

Dante is able to read the dice, but they are fair, and the law of averages dictates that if he keeps rolling he is bound to win back sooner or later.

While he thinks about the read, his throws are good and soon they are getting some good amounts.

Tiger smiles, "If we are doing well, maybe we should switch games? Baccarat?"

[dakota]

" It's not that I doubt your abilities Akane, it's that in this city, trouble has a way of finding you whether you want it or not." Khris replied with a shrug. " But it's your choice, you want to be anti social, so be it. I'm gonna stick with the party and do what the wedding party wants." He turned and walked back towards the others.

"Oh don't worry I will not go far." Then after a moment of thought and a sigh. "Very well!" As she spins and starts slowly making her way back to the craps table.

Dante was not a gambler. The main reason, he hated to lose, and with his abilities to him it was only part of who he was to make sure he didn't. As he continued to roll the dice, he couldn't help but occasionally "nudge" the dice to keep them rolling his way. Whenever the dealer switched dice Dante would do a quick object read before continuing to roll.

The whole time he keeps up the pretense of being lucky, making Bel blow on the dice, even having Tiger do it too. When Akane starts to leave he calls to her, "come on Akane stay a while, I think having three beautiful women around me is great luck, and I like having good luck," he says with a wink as he keeps rolling.

He also occasionally checks in on the dealer's thoughts to see if he suspects that things weren't exactly normal at this table. Although he never bet big and let the occasional hard roll come his way, the chips still start piling up. As they do, he starts suggestion they all quit while they were ahead and switch to a different game or just to do something else all together.

Akane sits down and puts on her very bestest smile and face after dragging a stool over. Even if it was bolted to the ground she still brings it over.

Even though she does not believe it she hopes the others do. She is tempted to teach him a lesson especially flirting on ones wedding day as a bad thing to do but decides against it! Dante smiles at Akane he says to her, "I know this isn't your thing but I appreciate you coming over and spending time humoring us on our wedding day. Just a few more throws and we'll go do something else ok," he says. Then he holds the dice out to her and says, "blow on them for luck please"

She looks at Dante and then at the dice before rollign her eyes and blowing on them like a proper bimbo almost.

Dante's luck holds and they have more than enough money to leave the craps table and try baccarat. This time Bel does better, though she has no concept of a poker face her overall excitement masks her tells. Tiger orders more tiny, interesting foods. "What is this?" Bel asks. "I'm really not sure, never had it before," Tiger laughs as she watches the cards.

At the bacarat table, Dante again holds back especially since he has never played before. He sits back and watches cheering Bel on. He sends a quick message to Akane, 'this is boring isn't it?'
