Dante and Bel's Wedding

Ten days flies by, and on a Thursday afternoon everyone is aboard Tiger's plane on their way to Las Vegas. Tiger brought along the three martial arts trainers Roan, Marv and Lt. White, and the three kids as well. She also transfers the tester and one of the half-finished ones to the plane so Jeckle can work on it if she is inspired.

When they land, there are two classic Cadillac limo waiting at the airport. Tiger has Lt. White drive one, while she drives the other. They end up at Wynn Las Vegas. By the time they arrive it is late at night.

"We will have all day tomorrow to party, and we should start early. Marv, Roan and Lt. White: you've got babysitting duty tomorrow, so get in your partying tonight. Rock, Dancer and Peacemaker - you will be training tomorrow, attending the wedding on Saturday and flying back Friday afternoon. Other than that stay on task and stay out of the way."

"Everyone else, breakfast at the pool tomorrow. Rest up, we've got a big couple of days ahead of us." She winks. Tiger hands out room keys to everyone. She puts the kids and Roan in the same room, Dante and Bel in a bridal suite, and she plans to share a room with Kris. Everyone else has their own spacious room, it appears Tiger has rented out the entire west side of one floor.

Marv and Lt. White pile into a cab with Roan and speed off as Tiger prays silently. Clearly she is counting on Roan to keep the other two under control.

Khris watched the hotel key cards passed out, then his brow furrowed when he didn't get one. He couldn't keep from chuckling," What, I can afford to so I get to pay for my own room?"

Akane confused by this entire thing. While she believes in weddings as a whole, she is just not sure people in the line of work should be going for them. Well not where both people have the same risk of death in their job, or where their jobs happen to be in the same line. Be that as it may she decides that her words would probably not be welcome. As such she accepts her key and makes her way to the plush opulent room and stares at it in some disbelief as stuff like this has never been a part of her life.

She sighs aloud even though there is no one there to hear it and strips her clothes off and draws a hot bath while waiting for whatever to happen to well...happen.

Tiger looks uncomfortable at Kris' comment and mumbles, "You can have your own room if you want it."

"Huh? Won't I need one unless you..plan... on," Khris' question trailed off as he realized what was going on. He smiled, " Sorry, brain didn't kick into gear I guess. We haven't had any time together really since training started that I never clued in. " He scooped Tiger up in his arms playfully, kissing her as he did. " Of course I don't want my own room."

'jeez yer dense Irish . . . even i knew that much'

*she simply takes her key-card, nods at the others and heads out to her room and closes the door behind herself and down the hall she heads

Tiger arches an eyebrow at Kris. "You sure don't make things easy for a lady. Thankfully, Bel is the only lady you know. Good night everyone. See you tomorrow." She leans her head on Kris' shoulder as he escorts her to the room.

[Dome]

Dante smiles at Bel as they approach their suite. Stopping outside of the room he sweeps her into his arms. "Tonight we go in to this room as fiances. Soon we'll cross this threshold as husband and wife. Soon, I'll be the luckiest man on earth. Sure you want to marry below your station, love," he asks her as he uses his Telekinesis to open the door.

Bel kisses Dante deeply, "A husband and wife are always the same station. They elevate each other." She plays with Dante's eyebrow with a twinkle in her eye. "I can't wait to marry you."

[dakota]

Wrapping his arm around Tiger, Khris walked aside yet let her lead the way. " Look, I'll do whatever I need to, but some things I'm better at then others. Courtship ain't one of them. Uh," he sounded afraid to ask," you'll never shoot me just because you can, right?" He tone was purely serious, even if the question was ridiculous. "I mean I've been there, and want to avoid a third time."

Stopping for a moment, Tiger considers Kris' strange question trying to understand why he would ask. She shakes her head slowly, "Even if you cheated on me or took a contract to kill me I don't think I could shoot you." Tiger looks at the floor, embarrassed by her own revelation. "That doesn't mean I wouldn't be heartbroken, but I couldn't do that."

She appears smaller for just a moment then clings more tightly to Kris. "That's a horrible question. You'll have to stay up and help me get that depressing thought out of my head."

Akane finished killing her hour or so in the lap of what she considers pure opulent luxury. Realizing how empty it felt she decides to get up and head out. Dressing as she normally does she straps only her basic weapon of a knife and gets into her normal outfit. (See pic as that is what she is most comfortable in) She then heads down to the bar and sits there and sits and observes what is going on.

"Well you don't have to worry about either. I've only had eyes for you since San Francisco, and it will stay that way. And my contract days are long behind me. " He held her tightly, and couldn't help but smirk,"I had to ask, and I think I can handle helping you forget the question."

Jeckle settles into the room and looks about. she wonders just where the tester is, and realizes its most likely back on the plane. 'well that sucks . . well now, what to do? maybe go spend 2 rolls of quarters and thats it'

*that done, she decides to head down and do just that. she removes the heavy overcoat that provides her with a lot of protection and carries her gear and other gadgets. a long sleeved shirt covers most of the scar tissue, and she simply nods 'yeah, guess that will have to do then . . god how boring. 2 rolls then up here to gather things up and get the ride back to he plane to work some more . . '

*her plans set, she heads down to change a 20 into rolls of coins and a 10 for bottled water

Tiger doesn't say anything further as her and Kris reach their room, instead she lets her fingers do the talking and gets a handle on the situation herself.
