Isamu stands and looks at everyone pausing slightly as he looks at each person. Now that everyone was here he could tell them his plan, and then be second guessed by everyone, even his girlfriend...but I digress.
Isamu says, "today we are going to serve warrants on two federal criminals. Both are currently under the employ of Wraith and the mayor. One of them has the ability to produce radiation, the other can control fire. Avery, as an experienced agent I want you to take the lead on serving the warrant. December and Sierra will be your immediate backup. December cannot be hurt by radiation, and Sierra should be able to use the abilities of those we are after to cancel them out. The rest of us will provide backup for you."
"Wraith and any others with him, may attempt to help our targets to escape. At which point we will defend ourselves, however our primary goal is to take these two individuals into custody. We will attempt to do this as officially and publicly as possible. The dossiers should be going around now, please make sure you are all aware of who our targets are."
"You should have all been given a federal id card. This Id card identifies you as an agent. From this point on, this card should be carried at all times, and anytime we are involved in any kind of law enforcement activity we must identify ourselves as federal agents. For serving these warrants today, we should all try and dress as uniform as possible. We do not have official uniforms, but the goal today is try and identify ourselves as a team by our dress."
Looking at Tom then at Mac he says, "I would like to have the press present preferably a live video truck when we serve the warrants. This way if Wraith or his other team members attempt to stop us it can be documented and his corruption can be exposed."
"Any questions?"

" No problem Isamu," Mac replied," I'll have Beth contact a reporter she trusts with an exclusive. It will make them more likely to respond quickly."
"Other than being out front, I'm set." Avi said.
"Maybe I should hang back," Ryne suggested.
"Nonsense," Mac replied," You're in the clear from the incident involving the other team. You've been pardoned and the charges dropped since you were under Charisma's control."
" Oh," Ryne grinned," Then nevermind."
Ashley slipped her hand into Isamu's," Now that sounds like a leader." She smiled, but something was still bothering her.

Isamu says to Ryne, "As our only other experienced field agent your help will be as invaluable as Avery's. Avery who else do you think need should be in the front? I need your experience there. Sierra and December you both will do exactly as Avery says."
He squeezes Ashley's hand as he waits to see if anyone else has any questions. He knows that he needs to talk to Ashley before they start on this mission.

Deci still peeved and minorly disspointed in Isamu's "leadership" just does her best to smile and replies. "Yes sir!" She hopes it did not come across as sarcastic but is not one hundred percent sure either. Still she hopes the smile she gives will get rid of any hint of possibility on that.

*looks at Deci as she listens to Isamu's directions. then looks away with a heavy sigh. she looks back and comments 'you know, you do get a say in things at the 'things we could do better at next time' meeting. then you can air your grievences there. right now? we, you and i, need to really focus on keeping our targets occupied and keep Avi alive. He and Kristian are out healers. i know that no hospital would look after me. i might be mad at Avi just now, but i won't let him get killed or hurt badly . . . '
*that said she leaves it where it is. she shrugs off any touch aimed towards her. in fact she takes a step away from Avery to prove her point. 'one thing we need tho. is more than one secure type of vehicle. matching dark colored smoked glass windows with a 'logo' so show that we ARE a 'force' and have a right to do what we need.
'and your news van friends, should arrive just after us. if the fugitives see news vans pulling up and camera guys jumping out and aim at the building, they're gonna bolt and go to ground and we're gonna look like the idiots. i say that we go and pick up 2 teams of reporter and camera man. if other stations get a whiff of it after we head out, thats fine, but we collect the ones we need first.
'two vehicles because we have 2 targets that we need to keep contained. any additional questions or concerns Deci? now's the time to get clarification. you should fit Alice's jacket if you don't zip it up. everyone else? black jackets over flak vests or whatever bulletproof ones you have

" I'll work on something for transportation for the future." Mac said, clearly not happy he had forgotten something. "I'll wait for your signal to call in the news crew. If they arrive with you, then Wraith will know it is a setup for sure."
Ryne nodded to Isamu. " You should be with the lead group. Your powers should let you trap Wraith if he tries anything. The rest of us will provide back up and crowd controll with the locals."
"they like to play rough." Kristian warned.
Ryne looked at Tom and Robert," I'm sure we can handle ourselves."

"Actually now that we have proper credentials I do not care if people see who I am now. But thank-you on the loan of the jacket but I do not wish to damage is should my powers do that. If worst comes to it I will create ice armour to protect myself otherwise my healing will usually let me recover from anything."

Robert cracked a smile at Tom's comment. "Hell yes. I think we'll manage just fine on backup. Is there a jacket for me or should I just wear my costume?" Robert pulls a stylized executioner's mask from his shirt and puts it on the table.

"My powers will do little good inside the building. There is not much earth I can use to my advantage. However, once outside I can create a sandstorm. If Wraith becomes intangible again within the sandstorm, solidifying again will hurt him. I will join the front team however Avery you will still be point man," Isamu says.
He turns to the others, "if you do not have a Jacket, then you will still dress as close to the rest of us as possible. The goal is to show that we are one unit. Now with that said, we will be dealing with civilians, gang members, Wraith's team, possibly local law enforcement and the media. If you wish to keep your identity concealed you should consider a mask or some other way to hide your face. Nothing that would draw a lot of undue attention mind you, we are still federal agents."
"I do believe we have bulletproof vests in the armory, however we are more likely to go up against non conventional attacks than projectile weapons. If you would feel safer wearing a protective garment, perhaps Ryne can make sure you receive one. Any other thoughts or questions?"
If there are none he then says, "If there isn't anything else, we should all be ready to go in about 45 minutes. December would you stay behind for a moment. I would like to speak to you," then he leans over and whispers to right into Ashley's ear so only she can hear, "please wait for me in the room, I would like to speak to you in private too."

'Mac? don't feel bad. i only thought of it cause of that bounty hunter show. they have a fleet of 2 or 3 vehicles. they have their own camera crew as well. seen some repo guys with their own camera crews too. guess its to protect their own rumps?'
*that said she slips up the stairs to her room and decides to stare out over the sand and hopes things are fine again. 'don't betray us Arc, that's all i ask . . . ' she speaks tothe wind, as she's aware that Arc was last seen on the backporch a few minutes ago, and no one seemed to think that he'd walk away from there.
