Spider-Man pulls his mask up just over his mouth and sips his coke while sitting on the couch and watching Cap on the news. "Dangerous Lunatic? I'm definitely one or the other. Not both at the same..." He turns around and hears Tally's comments about being upset with him. "Whoa! I'm sorry, I mean how could I have..." Spider-Man looks toward his waist. "Hold on." He grabs his cell phone out and goes to his voicemail.

Gambit posts the note as Tabby comes in. "They chose the easy life." He says. "I chose my own. We be going to Japan."

(Gambit and Ghostsabre) You reach the hangar to find it empty - it appears all the other X-Men took the planes on their own missions. (Daredevil) You reach the FF's automated message service which informs you that they are currently in the Negative Zone and expect to be there for some time. "Hey! " Foggy busts in to the office in a huff, you can practically taste the half-chewed donut in his mouth. "What's this about you joining the Avengers? I'm watching this press conference and Captain America's not denying it!" (Spider-Man) (OOC: if you don't recognize who these voicemails are from, one of us is not doing this "Marvel" thing correctly  ) "PARKERRRRR! CAVALLERI DIDN'T SEE YOU AT THE PRESSER! YOU BETTER HAVE SOME BLASTED GOOD PHOTOS, PREFERABLY WITH THAT THAT WALL-CRAWLING MENACE AT THE MANSION IF YOU EXPECT TO MAKE PAYROLL!" "Peter? I'm just calling to see if you and MJ are still coming to dinner with Anna and I on Sunday? If you are can you please call back as there's a few things I'd like you to pick up on the way here." "Hey Tiger. Just calling to let you know the shoot is going to go late...again. Sorry lover, but we need the payout if we're going to catch up on the bills. Rhodes hands Gyrich a set of envelopes. "You're relieved, sir." Rhodes takes a moment to wink at Hawkeye, who throws a thumbs up as the Colonel and Gyrich walk away. (Spider-Man) "Spider-Man? Jarvis? I'd like to talk to both of you in the computer control room?" Captain America asks. Jarvis looks at Spider-Man "This way, sir. Please try to refrain from leaving footprints on the ceiling, if you would." |

"My parents..." She looks blankly having not one person ask her that before, "Um, my parents, don't exactly know I exist. But, my parents are Crystal and Ronan. I am sorry I do not know their last names, only crystal is an inhuman and Ronan a Kree!"

Spider-Man deletes the first message and saves the second and third. He puts his cell phone back into his utility belt and finishes his Coke before pulling his mask down. *Crap. I forgot about dinner with Aunt May. Also, it's totally time for a new job. I can't stand Triple J. And I'm sure MJ will understand if I don't make it to her shoot. After all, with great power comes...not getting to see your lady ever.* He sighs right before Captain America calls him and Jarvis into the Computer Control Room. He chuckles at Jarvis' comment and retorts with "Well, you keep me in fresh spider-booties and we'll see what we can do." Once in the computer room, Spidey will sit in a chair in such a position that it looks like he's the big boss of a corporation. "What's up Cap?"

"Very funny, LeBeau." Tabitha scoffed. " I'm not here on a mission for the Exiles. I gave my word to Captain America I'd be back to help. I, I came here first because I wanted to see my parents again, even if they aren't my real parents, or not yet, or however it works." she explained as she paced the Cajun.
When they got to the empty hangar, she smirked," Guess I'm not the only one with travel plan issues. Why are we going to Japan anyways?"

(Ghostsabre and Gambit) Tabitha realizes that the Tallus doesn't really do point-to-point transport - just interdimensional. (Tally/Aura) "Oh." was all a dumbfounded Hawkeye could say. "Well, we know of them....if you'd like to look at our files." Songbird responds uneasily, her eyes glancing sideways at the archer, who shrugs slightly. "Yeah, your 'mom' used to be one of our members." Hawkeye adds. (Spider-Man) Captain America sits and puts his hands on the table. "You've got a choice to make, my friend. One that I know will be very difficult for you. No matter what, you'll still be an Avenger, and no one can take that away from you, and no one will question you one way or another. I want you to understand that." Jarvis stands next to the Captain. "Sir? If I may, perhaps it would be best if I were to explain the matter?" The Star-Spangled Avenger smiles. "Thank you, Jarvis." Jarvis remains standing, his features unreadable. "In the beginning, and for many years onward with few exceptions, the Avengers kept their true identities secret from one another. In point of fact, it was only very recently that some members disclosed their identities to the rest of the membership. It has since been felt that knowledge of one's...civilian ID, would be beneficial to team leaders in case of an emergency or expediency in contacting loved ones. This has been compounded by the Avengers ties to other organizations, including the Federal government and the United Nations." Cap chimes in. "In short, while you don't have to reveal your identity to anyone to maintain your membership, you can gain increased access to our resources, including our science labs, computer records, and federal government databases, if your identity can be vouched for by at least two "charter members". In this case, it would be Jarvis and myself. We are both considered founding members-" "-a title I am most unworthy to hold." Jarvis lets out a small smile. "You were here at the beginning, Jarvis, which is more than I can say for myself. I was only given "founder status" because of the Hulk being..." Cap waves off the comment. "At any rate, Spider-Man, if you choose to trust us this way, all I can promise you is that your secret will be safe with us. And to show that we, that I trust you..." The Living Legend of World War II pulls off the famous cowl from his head.  "...Steve Rogers trusts you." The Captain smiles. |

"That would be really nice. That way I might have an inkling of what they look like. Only reason I know is when x-23 found me there were papers saying that. Most of the files were destroyed and all I had was what there names were and powers." She looks at the two of them and smiles

Tabitha shook her head slightly," It doesn't work that way, Gambit. The Tallus only opens portals back and forth to home, not teleporting us all over the place. we could however," she smirked slightly," ask the avengers to loan us one of theirs, since at least I accepted their offer to join them once I got back. Call them, I'll bet you they say yes."

"Yes, non-member. YOu may use our top-secret plane for a personal favour." Gambit says in the style of Captain America, in anticipation.
He thought for a moment. "Do we need to ask?" He added, with a roguish grin.
Taking his note off the hanger door, he located a car for the drive to the Avengers' mansion. "Come along, cherie. And do not touch the radio."
