Being close enough now, Fegh swings his energy sword to try and take out the leg of the fire monster thing

Balus winced, but didn't cry out despite the burn hurt more than anything he had ever felt. but he knew he couldn't give up. again, we tried to strike his target with another punch

Krystal gets an idea she decides to implement, but first shouting, "Everyone stand back. I have an idea." And with that she throws the smallest possible force field bubble around the entity only to see if the thing needs air. Pumping all but 200 that is left into it.

Burnyr seems unimpressed with Reika's kata, while Shingu's blow manages to stagger the monster, the robes on his arm are now aflame and he is burned

however, it's Fegh's strike that seems to get the creature's attention, while Balus' strike simply passes through.
"You impress me creature, perhaps I'll keep you as a pet. If you survive" as he sends a plasma bolt to him.

" I'm no ones's pet." Balus snarled as his sidestepping caused Burnyr's blast passed him so close Balus could feel the plasma's heat through what was left of his uniform. Shingu jumped back in shock and pain from the burn and heeding Krystal's warning. He threw off his shirt and glowered at the enemy. Then, his rational mind asserted itself. Getting angry would only allow the enemy to triumph.
He looked about the area for a fire hose, a body of water-a pool and pond or even a fountain- a sprinkler system, fire extinguisher or even a fire truck battling blazes after the bombardment. A broken water main would suffice. This was not the time to fight fire with fire, or even with karate. Fighting fire the old fashioned way was the next strategy.

Reika smiled. Getting trapped with the enemy didn't bother her in the slightest. He would be in for a very rude awakening.
"He seems to prefer boys, but let's see what he does when he's with a woman." She shot Shingu a wink, and did nothing to step away when Krystal created her bubble. Her powered tattoo would keep her safe from fire.
"So what about it, okama? Do you like boys for pets, or would you take a moment to play with a woman? You can't handle it, and I warn you to fear me!"
She used both her swords to slash at the monster (simultaneous attack, no parry)

Fegh attempts to dodge the plasma blast, realizing his attack may have done something to the creature since his attention is now on Fegh. He moves back away from Burnyr to allow Krystal to attempt what she has in mind.

The bubble leaves only Burnyr and Reika inside.
Burnyr seems annoyed by the strikes. "You may burn as well."
The street beneath you seems to bubble and boil, as magma begins rushing to the surface, eating at the bubble's power and starting to sink Reika as though in quicksand!

Krystal speaks up quickly, "OK I am not sure what will happen to that person inside unless they are immune to heat, fire and no oxygen, because at the rate he is burning it there will probably be none in there in seconds. But we do need a back up plan as if he breaks through we are screwed. So why does not someone run and grab a big bucket of water. A silo or something?" She seems to say while struggling to maintain the bubble.

" What are you doing ? You gotta get out of there!" Balus said in a bit of panic as he backed away from Reika and Burnyr as the street was disappearing behind them. He looked at Krystal," You were the flying, show me where to get it and I'll bring you the water."

"She'ssa firuparoof... Wait! But she issanotta magama-paroof! Get her out!" Shingu said to Krystal in a panic. "Revatatu her! Get her outtofa the magama!"
Shingu doubled his efforts to find water. He would use anything in the rubble, the geyser from a broken water main, a swimming pool, a lake, a fountain, a fire hose, a fire or water truck or even an intact building with a sprinkler system. Even a fire extinguisher would be better than nothing.
"You rantta fight, okama! Fight me!" He nearly bashed the bubble, but decided to wait and find water. Reika would be safe for a while longer, and he could probably help her with a spell if need be.
Action: repeated from last, find a water source

Krystal is not sure what to think at this time as she gave the warning and not sure how to act. As such she looks to the Captain to see what he thinks she should do as she knows that her powers on the forcefield are waning and not sure if she could try it again to try to get him to burn all the air in there. She tries to recall where she saw water and points it out to Balus (If she saw any)

Fegh frowns. Crystal's plan may have worked, but regardless of the fact that these new ones are virtually strangers he cannot simply watch as one is sacrificed in this way. He wished they had listened to her warning and moved like everyone else. He looks up at Crystal and yells over the commotion, "bring down the shield. We cannot just let her die."

Reika feared no death against a demon. It was her purpose, but she did not intend to let today be her death against a flamer like Burnyr.
"Do you wish you were trapped in this bubble with the big gai-jin? I know I do. He is so much more the man than you, okama. You will NOT drown me."
At that, she brought her magic swords to face level, and drove each one through his eyes. Women's self defense No.1 strike for sensitive points, and the eyes were No. 1 on any list.
