Bio:
Charles was born in Park River, North Dakota where he lived until age 16. In the middle of his puberty, his body hair began growing in excess. Age 13, he discovered his claws. Age 15, his fangs grew in and he was moving at an accelerated rate, breaking everything in his path. When his parents found out, his father tried to kill the freak that his son had become. Escaping his father's shotgun was easy enough, but when he tried to take it from him, he accidentally snapped his father's neck. Running away from home, Charles spent the next 4 years of his life running wild, living with creatures more similar to himself, Wolves.
He was found in a field in Montana and captured by local sheriffs while he was sleeping. Brought to the prison, he was let out on bail by his uncle who was a general in the US army. He used all the resources at his disposal to reacclimate his nephew into humanity. After 4 years of work and military training, Charles was reborn as Howl.
Physical description:
Large, well-muscled Caucasian male with quite a few lupine features (pointy ears, enlarged fangs, retractable claws in his fingertips and toes). His brown hair is usually kept moderately long. His costume is dark blue with gold piping and a white logo on his chest of a canine head.
