Alice shakes her head at Isamu, "I think we will be all right, thank you." She nods when he says he will be monitoring communications and turns to Jason and says "I'm guessing you're ready to go?"

*her gaze looks towards the basement where the cells are. 'guess we'll find out another time. but i'm willing to be the guinea pig. might be nice to know if i can be 'normal' at least once in my life. i'll trust you to look after me'
*while Alice is in range, the power is mimiced and she scans the others briefly to get an idea where the new version of Cure is. she plans of testing it on herself. if it works, then eggshell bombs will be helpful to use to carry it about. perfect against Ragnarok as well .. that is if he breathes

It was nothing more than a mechanical process to her. It did little to ease her mind but had the effect of taking the tension out of her concerns.

With that they were gone. to Alice, everything was a blur to her, except forJason, and the wind rushed at her so lowly, she could see his mouth moving, but she couldn't hear his voice mere inched away from her ear.

Dylin shook his head as the pair rushe dout the patio door at Jason's incredible speed. He looked to Tom and motioned him closer. " Isamu, I think you should start with Tom's reporter friend. When Jason gets back, I'd like both Avi and Tom here to assist me with the surgery, Tom to help remove the device and Avi to help with Jason's recovery, so I'd like you to take Dmitri with you. He can open one of his portals back here for them to return once I begin. Does that work for the pair of you?"
Janie looked at Kristian and Sierra," Dylin made it all. Apparently it's one of his things, he likes it if everyone sits down and he makes breakfast once a week. You're a better cook though, Si." She winked and kept tidying up.
Kristian looked at Sierra, finishing his mouthful of hotcakes. " Everyone is starting to break up, guess we better eat up so we finish before we get our assignment."

I went back and finished my to tour before rotating out. Mac was waiting for me to get home, and drafted me not long after. Here, we only have a couple boxes of peashooter rounds," he said, changing the subject, setting three boxes on the counter. Hollowpoints, Full metal jacketed and a third unmarked box.

" Good enough then." Ryne nodded as he adjusted his collar again . He glanced at Deci," No. I don't fly. Ever." He made sure his point got acrossed. " I'll grab a set of keys when we go past the kitchen. You can drive if you prefer, as long as no chinese fire drills." He smirked, waiving her down the hall.

Deci grin goes enormously from ear to ear "Really....no one lets me drive ever. And too late no take backs." She runs down the hall and waits for Ryne to arrive with the keys. She will not be a dangerous driver or anything like that just none of her friends ever let her drive either.

*she giggles and finishes her meal and moves her dishes to the sink. 'guess its a big pot of soup for later. will need to get a roast out and i'll start the stuff for the rest of the meal. maybe just a BBQ instead? .. i'll get stuff done up for the next couple of days tho. stuff easy to freeze and reheat'
'oh right. let me know if you need any new clothes done up. i'm thinking about some swimwear. wouldn't mind someone modelling it for me' *she leans over the table and gives Kristian a quick peck. she doesn't say WHO that comment was for, but will leave them both guessing

Kristian nodded to Sierra as she left," I'll be right here taking care of the leftovers."
Dylin patted Tom on the shoulder. " You'll find her. This is what Sara is best at." He walked over to speak to Kristian.
When Deci runs into the kitchen, she could hear Ryne laughing behind her as he followed. Dylin held up a hand for them to wait a moment, then he and Kristian both neared. " I'd like you two to drop Sierra and Kristian off on your way, then join them when you are finished ."
" Sure," Ryne nodded," Where?"
Kristian answered flatly," City Hall."

Jason's devilish smirk appeared as he went over a rough patch and his eyes darted downward. Alice knew without an answer it was probably best that she didn't hear him. He suddenly weaved hard as a car suddenly veered in from of them. His concentration refocused on their path as he started to use the sidestreets and alleys. He route was hard for Alice to follow, but she could tell they had doubled back towards the dockyards.
