The other side of the portal emerged at the top of the stairs , leaving Tom standing in the beach house's living room.
Avi looked at Alice, " all right, the big dummy doesn't seem to be answering, so we'll have to do this the hard way."
"Take your time, Avery." MacColter said in strangely surreal tone. " Jason won't wake up for quite a while."

Kodiak seemed to pause, which gave Ragnarok an opening. His backhand caught her and spun her sideways. As Kodiak started to get up, Ryne placed a hand on her shoulder. " Go to Isamu."
As the big man waded into the battle after a glance to Sierra, Kodiak reverted to Ashley and she quickly moved to Isamu's side, trying to help support his weight. " I'm sorry I didn't listen, but Alice needed Tom's help, and someone had to take his place. Please tell me you'll be okay?"
Kristian made his way to the pair. " I'll do what I can, Is." He placed a hand on the base of Isamu's throat [heal 11 sdc].
As her adrenaline was dropping, Ashley's weakened state became apparent. " We need a way to trap him. We can't beat him this way." She had to sit down.

Isamu says to Ashley still croaking, "I will be fine. My stone form prevented me from too much damage."
He helps her sit down. He looks at Kristian and points at Ashley, "her not me."
He looks around and still in is whisper, "I need one of you to relay to the others. I'm going to trap Ragnarok in quicksand, and then end this. They need to move... Now."
Isamu then waits for only a scant few seconds. He waits until the others attack Rag's and then hoping he is distracted, he focuses on the ground directly below Ragnarok and turns it into quicksand with a depth and width of 5 feet.

Sierra is aware of only one thing. keep this Ragnarok person away from the others. Iz is injured and Kodiak is now out of hte picture and is glad that Ryne has joined in. she swings and/kicks keeping hte big guy at bay and trying to force him back further.
*other than that, there isn't much Si can do. she has no clue how to fight, but she'll give it her best try and uses her training to avoid and/or reduce any blows or impacts that come her way.

Alice looks even more nervous as she asks "The hard way? What's the hard way?" After Avi answers, she radios Tom again and asks "Where are you? We are all in the infirmary in the basement. Please get here quickly."

Deci seeing the plans of Isamu decides to pour it on and keep him unbalanced and contines to fire cold blasts at his face hoping to keep him unbalanced and unaware of what the greater plan.

Blinded by Deci's attacks, Sierra and Ryne began to batter Ragnarok backwards, until Isamu's warning. Ryne grabbed Sierra and jumped back. Rag's [dice=20+5] leapt upwards before he was trapped. " Foolish children. I have played this game too long to fall for parlor tricks."
He landed hard enough to crack the pavement, and Ryne charged at him again.
(Si- Ryne has SN PS for your dmg)
Ashley argues with Kristian, " I'm okay, really. Just tired."

Tom found the others in the medical suite. Avi smirked," Took you long enough. Tell me you can control a mercury switch long enough for me to difuse this?" He motioned towards explosive packed beneath the switch.

(Essentially using the ice slide powers to make a slide into the quicksand. If he jumping to far instead she will ice the ground beneath where he is going to land)

Alice, who's face has gone decidedly pale with worry, continues to keep the controls separated as she waits for Tom and Avi to disarm the explosives, whispering under her breath over and over again. "Do a good job, do a good job, do a good job."

Isamu watches Raganarok somehow, dodge his quicksand despite, being pummeled by Ryne, and Sierra and having been blinded by ice waves away the quicksand. He holds his hand out levitating a chunk of asphalt, and hurls it towards Rags, quickly followed by another and another.

Deci seeing her powers are not of much use here save to keep him unbalanced tries something new and using a charge like tactic flies at him and slaps her hands against both ears trying to freeze over so he can not hear.
