Jessica makes a big show of looking for rope, asking the boy gently, still playing good cop "What ship were you trying to catch? What is your name? I bet your parents are wondering where you are."

Answering Foreman "Yes we are, actually we do not interact all that much. Be that as it may he is on his shift now and leaves me free to wander!"

[Dome]

"One sec mate," Foreman says as he turns back to the controls and attempts a minor course correction.

[Renekin Skywalker]

"It was the... co.. colony ship Magenta." The young man said, between sobs. "it... it left yesterday. I wasn't onboard cause... of a girl." He wiped his eyes. "I... I didn't know what to do..."

Tawfeek looked at Jessica. "Well?"

The ship shifted a little as the course corrected. Though only the instruments showed a difference.

Good thing too, since I wasn't planning on the Red Dwarf scenario just yet.

[Dome]

Foreman smiles as the ship goes back on course. He waits to see what Xavier's answer to his question is.

[Mierin]

Jessica looks at the boy and says in a firm, but gentle tone of voice, "I think you'd better tell me what your name is, young man. You need to show that you are not simply a stow away or I will not be able to stop the Captain from doing what he said he would do."

[sasqaricious]

"To be honest I have not seen much. There are some children and attractive ladies. But otherwise it is a nice ship!" Xavier responds back.

[Renekin Skywalker]

"Alistair Simm, Ma'am" The young boy says. "My parents are Mark and Loreena." He had sidled, despite the super-low gravity, closer to her, and away from Tawfeek.

"Arlight." Tawfeek says. "Let's lock him in a room until we can verify it." And he waves his gun towards the exit from the bay. "No need to get the law involved. I don't like the situation, I'll deal with it how I see fit." And Alistair shook a little.

After a moment, he made his way to the exit. With a wink at Jessica for a good job, Tawfeek follows the boy to a room.

[Dome]

"Yeah I think she's pretty good too. Handles well. Have yet to really put her to the test, so hopefully we won't need to. What made you want to be an engineer?"

[sasqaricious]

"I am not sure, I guess I just have a knack. Engines and I have a way of communicating that can not be explained easily. Either way I went to school and easily accomplished top of the class honours. And that is how I became a engineer. How about you?" Answering Foremans question.

[Dome]

"I always liked the idea of flying. I used to sit and watch birds glide in the wind. I'd watch planes, and ships and stuff pass overhead. At night I'd stair at the stars just imaging what was out there, and the things you can make a ship do in the vacuum of space," he says with a smile.

"So to get away from the farmers life, and get into space, I joined the Fleet as soon as I was the right age. Man their ain't nothing like flying."

[Mierin]

Jessica smirks at Tawfeek and follows him and the boy to one of the security rooms. "Perhaps we should get the Doctor to check to make sure there is nothing wrong with him medically?" she suggests.

[Renekin Skywalker]

Tawfeek nods at Jessica as he locks the boy into one of the empty cabins on level 2. "He's not to leave this room. I'll get the doc."...
