Easiest way to use the dice roller is to hit the 6 sider, last button above the smiley faces, delete out the 6 and put what number you want in there. If you have a bonus add that in there as well.
[dice=20+5]
[ dice = 20 + 5] just delete all the spaces.[rand=2851122809001646052221916198206824380477845030990281524041663217]

Well, I guess I can safely assume that Tori just is always going to be rude and cruel to Socrates, regardless of what Socrates says or does...

Tori, Have your sister try a different browser. Not sure which she is using, but try any thing else. This can help narrow down if its an IP issue, or just a browser conflict. She can try Chrome, or Firefox, or Opera, or Safari. Sure there are some others as well, but these are the main stream ones. I mean she could try IE as well, but I wouldn't recommend that in all honesty.

Renegede: Well, Socrates snitched her out for a harmless catnip habit, and complained about the pogue when she tried to make nice and shared her shake with him and a cookie with her. MRE treats get tossed about as favors, and she was making nice. She's not exactly motivated to count him as a friend. She was prepared just to make it interservice rivalry, it was not personal, but he kinda went out of his way to be nasty in her opinion. She is trying hard to get Autumn squared away, and Richardson and Socrates are ganging up for personal reasons. A hand out, rather than a rat-out might make a friend out of an enemy in a hurry. Regardless of all the rotten, underhanded, and conneiving things he's done to Tori so far. Teammates do not fink, at least in her mind.
Otter's a cat, and behaves like one. If she is treated well, she purrs. If treated poorly, she's going to scratch. It's a feline's nature. Sam and Pogue were nice, so she is nice back. The others, well...
I recommend watching special forces-Marine Corps First Recon Battalion-in action in the HBO mini-series "Generation Kill." It's also a fantastic book by Evan Wright. It pretty well describes insults as male bonding, not meant with barbs. Think of it as a gorilla troop. Everyone beats their chest, not to provoke fights, but just as male bonding, and securing the fraternity of the pack. "I'm tough and so are you." The baddest dude in the bunch was lovingly called "Fruity Rudy," and the best squadleader usually called his RTO (radio telephone operator) and best friend "Poor White Trash." Insults mean you're part of the gang. They would rip on each other, then sing "Loving you" gloriously out of key.
Dome: You know full well I've had a bad time with IE, so I'll ask her tomorrow what she's running, and see if she can shift to Firefox- my fave. I am not too keen on Chrome yet. I'll see what Liz is running and if she needs Firefox, it's easy to install.
Wish us suerte.

Do note Tori that what seems like a super-fun idea in your head (such as the relentless personal assaults on a character), in fact, could be very cruel even in a game circumstance and run the risk of ruining the whole shebang.
There really is no justification for it besides the fact that you want to.

Sorry Renegade. I did not mean to be cruel to you or any other players out of character. Just reacting strictly in character in a way that I saw a navy seal and a very capable and proud feline reacting. I am sorry you felt you had to go OOC to ask for a correction.
Do note most SEALs in the real world -I've known a few- would probably take tattling, or yelling for giving tosses of MRE treats rather negatively. I justify it with the fact that Socrates got involved in a dispute that did not concern him and lost Tori's respect by telling superiors on her recreational catnip use. As no hard, fast rule existed about the herb in Rifts rules, I recognize there might be some player confusion. However, I spoke to Dakota about it, and said our plan was green. I realize OOC he is a dog boy, and he will make every effort to win the support and love "his masters." Tori does not share that disposition, and sees herself on an equal level as everyone else of her rank and station, judging them on their behaviours. You play Socrates as he should be played and respect you highly for that.
As for the cookie incident, Tori was giving Autumn a bit of respect, and felt a bit kicked when "her human" Richardson yelled at her. She did not yell back at him and responded a bit sheepishly, but again, Socrates got involved, as perhaps he should, perhaps, given his character. If you'll notice, she was talking to Autumn about nutrition when she tossed the cookie. It was not a prelude to a food fight or an attempt to wound, so she felt sort of bad for Richardson. To me, it is like walking into my news room and tossing about Jolly Ranchers on a good day (and today was a damn good day!) Tori was again upset that Socrates was getting involved in her matters and delivered some derision. She was still unhappy about the catnip reporting.
In short, I'll play a kinder gentler Tori, but I would ask if she respect is expected, she be given a measure in return. I for one, am sorry she got off on the wrong foot with the rest of the characters and look forward to embarking on the mission proper. She may have been rubbed the wrong way, but trust in me as a player to say my character, and my sister's cat Janxi have everyone's six.

Just so long as things calm down. The point of the game isn't forcing all these stupid unnecessary fights.
Edit: also, if you'ld like to know what Socrates's goals are, or where he's coming from, how about you ask. Assuming he's all about this or that will only make things far more difficult and it certainly won't make the problem goe away.

Far be it to mention but Tori no offence it seems like this was no option for my free will on this. I went with it for now but was not what I was intending to do! She helped the Doctor onto the helo, and showed her how to stow her gear under the canvas bench they sat on. Though engine noise was loud, she directed her attention to one of the hand-hold straps beside her and buckled her seat belts securely.

I feel bad now. I suspected you would join the mission and get on the helo. Tori is being a bit maternal. If you want to get off the mission and opt out, than please, do not let me game for you. If your character does not want to participate, then ok. Just wave T-Bone off and get out of the helo. Assume Tori grabbed and situated. Then showed you the quick release. Above all, tori is a bit of a "gentleman" and will help her most inexperienced members of the party. If she is by the helo, Tori will give her the "sit down and shut up" speech once more and make sure she is safe.
You'll see I used the word "Helped" rather than assumed she would snagglepuss out of the mission, and used the word "forced." She was being noble and aberrant. If you want to board on your own, or opt out, that's your call, mon ami. Otherwise, Tori is going to be maternal.

No seriously, if your character is opting out, then opt out.
Oh, I am sorry, let me elaborate on this post. You are playing your character who professed no ability to properly deploy her body armour, which is like soldiering 101. Tori assumed your character might not be able to mount an air assault helo, and is going to manhandle you into a seat, strap you in and tell you how to get out. You want another seat, take off your seatbelt and pick another. Otherwise, she is going to do all she can to make sure you understand the fundamentals of air assault, soldiering, and to give her live to keep your "I don;t know how to wear armour" character alive, so if she takes a BB for you, you can at least stitch her up.
And that absolutely means manhandling the most important member of the team between Tori and the one member of the team she trusts. Feel free to move to a more comfortable chair.
Autumn is a non-combatant, and Tori and Janxi alike are trying to keep her alive. The whole concept of defending a post at lone star, but not knowing how to wear armour is a stretch, so the cats are stepping up, just to fall in front of bullets meant for your character. They have no respect professionally, but they seem to harbour a personal desire to keep your character alive. Leave the helo, pick the seat you want, or submit to two characters that realize your char's role is important, and they are fighting to keep someone who can't wear her armour, and rolls the best rolls in spars and on the range alive.

Ahhh, I see it now... Sasqu wanted to post his own way for getting Autumn onto the helicopter (waiting, watching how the others do it). Instead, it seems a different action was posted for him, and without his request.

Well, Tori would have felt "ungentlemanly"-for lack of a better term- to let a civilian board a military helo, having to step up, avoid a spinning rotor and get into an unfamiliar restraint system.
I open doors for my girlfriend without being requested as well. To me, as Tori's player, it is the same kind of situation. Tori meant it respectfully. It was not an action posted FOR his character, but, in my mind, an accurate way a sailor would conduct herself to a civilian.
I am sorry I offended you too, Renegade. It was not my intention to start a row or force any character along. In the future, I have every intention of Tori not expressing any sort of courtesy that would put any other player in a position that he or she may not intend to move to. Thanks for explaining this to me.
Though no stranger to helo rides, I've gotten a few in my current job. Every time, a flight crewman has escorted me to the bird, helped me board, and made sure I was strapped in properly. It's a little different than jumping into my Nissan Sentra. I've thanked them for their assistance and attention to my safety every time.

Another thing to point out. Tori is also still acting on an instruction from Sam to square the pogue away. She is pretty much responsible for her safety now, meaning if she did not help Autumn onto the helo, and the doctor sprained her ankle, or stood up at the wrong time in the doorway, and oops, there went her head, Tori would at least feel responsible, if not held accountable by Sam.
So there's that side of it too, I hope you see that side as well.

So, Tori and Janxi, it's becoming increasingly clear that your playing style isn't quite mixing well with the rest of the group's. While most of the group just wants to play a light adventure game, you have been over doing it with hyper-real militarisms and unecessarily crass behaviour on the part of both PCs. Regardless of why you think it's fun to do, this behaviour really is ruining the game. If you are intent on playing such a game where the PCs act the way you have had Tori and Janxi act, perhaps there are better venues for it than this one.
