With the invite in a language he could understand, Dryzh exaggerated a nod after a shrug and climbed into the pool next to Angel. the water felt even better than he had expected and the Mantella made a sound comprible to a relaxed sigh. " I not speak well, but I listen good." He told angel, his head beginning to feel muddled.

Angel laughed, "Listening well is a good skill. What kinds of conversations do you like to listen too? Any particular interests?"
She stretches her long legs out in the tub and pokes her toes above the surface.

Once on the ground he stood up (best he could) and smiled back at Sapphire as she kissed his cheek. 'Guess this means Sapphire and I need to talk more' he thought. the woman rather golem, whatever she is more precisely, was still as much a mystery to him as the day he found the ring on the dig site.
It was supposed to be an old industrial factory used by the Nazi's. It surprised him they didn't use the ring. Given the allies were bombing Germany at the time the ring was found; it was probably not there list of priorities.
"We need to figure out this situation" he looked at her, "both of them." he winked.

Allan was headed for Dryzh when he saw Aki. Helping to pick up Yumi, he steer her towards the exit. "Go outside and breath fresh air, OK?" He says.
Then he heads for Dryzh.

"Yes master Tesla. We can talk this over at your pleasure. But if I can be so bold, I think the being known as Streetwise wanted me to help out as well up there as you all seem to be under the effect of some sort of spell or something. I am not sure if it was magic though as I would probably be affected as well if it was. Should I go to help or no?"
She stands there for a moment while dripping water off of her waiting for her instructions. Secretly she hopes he goes for the latter but once again that could be programming over right and wrong.

" No. I still learning all. Not good people skills." Dryzh slurred slightly, then leaned back to look up at Allan upside down behind him. He grinned widely while squinting, the drunken effect taking a strong hold on the Mantella. " Water feel nice. Come in?"
He looked at Angel. " Friend help Dryzh learn good." He nodded in an exaggerated manner.

"yes if you want to help feel free to,I'll be here." he nodded taking a seat. As he he did he was curious why he was able to react to situations he would have shied away from earlier in his life.
Much of it was likely due to the drunk feeling. It took a lot the normal inhibitions away. But he still felt reasonably comfortable about the whole situation. Then again learning you may have eternity to live you can let go of certain instincts.
Some instincts did not, that hot tub situation made him shiver...way too many people in it, and he had no idea where they had been...uugghhh! Sapphire he could understand and accept she was like him and kept clean. Tesla liked that in a person.

Sapphire takes a moment to ponder as she was given the freedom to decide. Personally she would so much rather stay here but that decision he came too could have been because of the "magic spell" he is under at the moment. Caught between the rock and a hardplace she decides to listen to her inner voice telling her to do the right thing. As such she jumps into the air and heads back up
As soon as she reaches the top she spots the two in the hot tub and the other two walking around. She stops to take stock of the situation they are in. Realizing how sickening that water is now and what could be happening in it she decides to go the easy route and grabs Aki, and Allen to head down. "Why do you two not be ready when I come back up please!!

[ooc - seems my post got lost from yesterday .. things happen]
*Aki holds Yumi closer as she heads out in a slightly leaning cadence towards the door. the fact that she's affected in a strange way is unsettling to her. the pack doesn't really help her to move in a straight line as it hangs from one arm.
feeling herself getting grabbed and hearing a voice she half recognizes it she moves the head to look and nearly screams as she sees the ground vanish from below her. like any 'young', her legs tcuk up as she curls up and becomes 'small' for carting. Yumi curls up and chitters and squeaks in a range of tones
[ready for the ground now. really thought my post stuck when i powered off]

Sooner or later, everyone leaves Joy's. Everyone other than Sapphire, is pretty drunk. Fortunately, there are still hours until the library opens to walk around and sober up.
Much later in the morning, after sunrise, it is finally time for the libraries to open. What next?
The sun comes up. Does the team do any more research? Are they ready to investigate a library? Which one?

Sapphire noticing her master and the group is much more silent now that they have come down off of their high. She sighs inwadly as se was hoping to be able to discuss the things he wanted to bring up. Mind you in that current state it was probably not a good idea and this state might be more beneficial to such. Then the sun comes out and the nourishing energy hits her she feels so much better. Not that she was uncomfortable before but does feel so much better now that her energies start to replenish. With that her gait picks up into more of a skip and she does not even care that her clothes are still soaked.

Allan will have, by this time, explained his theory that the restaurant might have been the headquarters of the thief they were hunting for. What with the scantily clad ladies and the overly-intoxicating atmosphere that everyone except Sapphire fell to.

"That could well be the case" he was rubbing his temple, "And this head is why I drink socially, not to excess. They did seem overly friendly didn't they?" he added.
"At least we can get into the library and I did manage to get some credits..so we can eat real food." he informs the team with a grin.

Joy's is easy to research. A publicly traded company, each location across the globe has a website. The current manager of the Great Library North location has worked for Joy's for 37 years.
Each girl has a profile section with thousands of pictures, videos, and virtual reality segments, though the VR modules require VR hardware to access. The bartender Vicky, and the winged girl Angel seem to be less popular based on web traffic. The twins are newcomers, who have made a big splash so far. Dryzh had spent much of his time since leaving the brothel trying to clear the fuzz in his brain. He blink hard and often, something that was very noticible since his massive eyes were on top of his head. " Dryzh not like this. Prefer alcohol. Get sick before get dizzy. Dryzh not want go back."
