Looking at the group, he says, "For now, I want Tesla to start reviewing the floor plans of the libraries, and see which ones match what you saw in the images. I still have the Gloch, if you want to try to scan it again."
"Aki, you and Yumi try and keep your nose ready, in case you smell the perfume again."
"Taifuu, Dryzh, you two and I will have to just keep our eyes out for anything."
To the group he says, "Do we go to Joy's?"

She then turns to Tesla, "Master Tesla, seeing there is nothing Mr. Allen wants me to do is there something you need me to do or I can give you more information about myself if you wish!"

"Just stay close I think I'll link to data base and security systems of the libraries. Keep an eye out.." Closing his eyes to keep the images he aw from overlapping with what he saw he started. If he could narrow down what the thief was looking for he might be able to find the library faster. Telsa starting sifting through camera's and floor plans remembering all he could that was relevant to the mission.

Tesla can clearly remember the vision of the thief's location in his mind: a library, with tall book shelves, and upon them large books neatly arranged. He wasn't close enough to read the letters on any of the books. The thief was dressed in grey, but Tesla hasn't seen enough of the natives to know if that signifies anything.
The trouble is that each of the twelve massive buildings has many such rooms. Each of the buildings have rooms that appear much the same as the vision. So many rooms match the overall look and feel of the location that if all of them were placed end to end they would stretch for miles.
After about twenty minutes, the team finishes walking back to Joy's. There is a direct elevator to the 11th floor. Two women at the door greet them , the two are obviously cyborgs, one with a metallic serpent's tail and the other with "hair" made of gold necklaces. The tongues spells has worn off, so they cannot be understood, though they both grin and gesture for everyone to enter as they talk.
The entrance way is is about three stories tall and dimly lit. There are all kinds of real trees growing tall in the hallway and the entrance hall, so stepping inside is like stepping into a forest. A babbling brook fountain is on the left and a huge waterfall cascades on the right. Lighting bugs can be seen in the shadows.

' ... oh ... ' *staring at the lightning bugs .. and holds out a hand to them. tries to coax a couple over to her hand. she's so happy at seeing 'real' trees and water

"Nice, I could get used to this." he was looking for the grey outfit worn by the thief. as he followed the group. staying close to Sapphire in case of trouble. Tesla liked animals, he even had a pet pigeon once..sadly it died and he never forgot the bird..

Sapphire realizing the spell has ended casts tongues again on first Tesla and then herself. She looks at the animals as well with great awe and fascination. Any time her former master brought a pet down he actually took a preverse pleasure in letting her play before killing it for one reason or another.
"Master Tesla, you should be able to understand them again!"

As they enter five credits are deducted from their cards. Tesla instantly deduces that monetary transactions are handed wirelessly - he could wirelessly send the other five credits to the bartender or give them to a waitress as a tip.
After the entrance, there are three directions to go. They can turn left to the restaurant on the patio. Tropical plants can be seen outside. They could also turn right and go through some open double doors, or they could go straight ahead up some stairs. Each direction has a large Chinese symbol, if anyone can read them, but only the way to the Patio is obvious without being able to read.
While they decide which way to go, Aki is able to interact with the lightning bugs and determine that they are real.
Looking out onto the patio, there is a fake sandy beach complete with wave maker. There are lounge chairs and also a few patio tables and chairs set in the sand. The lounge chairs appear to be bar seating, with several men and women seated in clusters, while people eat at the patio tables. The lighting is mostly candle light and tiki torches, giving a dimly lit feel to the whole patio. Its possible to see the stars.
However, there is more out there than just an artificial beach. Various pools, lagoons, and hot tubs are also scattered across the patio - and plenty of people are drinking and partying in and around these at different tiki bars. Tesla can tell that the people are paying for drinks, food, tipping heavily, and also paying for the company of certain women in and around the pools. Though no one else can see the monetary exchanges taking place.
He can also "see" or understand the various transactions. The food is between eight and fifty-seven credits, depending on what is ordered and the size. While drinks are as little as a credit or two, though some fancy or large drinks are five or ten. Each person has enough for a couple drinks, five if they keep it cheap and don't tip anyone. Or they could pool their resources and get something to eat. Some of the dishes could feed more than one.
A tall panther woman, with a feline shaped head and a swishing tail waits further out on the patio, probably a hostess to "seat" guests. Many of the women on the patio have both animal and cybernetic features. Most of the men don't have tails, wings, or animal ears, but almost all the women do. While many of the men are obviously cyborgs, they don't have as many appendages, and if there are any evolved male animals, it looks like they have opted for conversion to something more human looking.
Women with angelic wings, feline ears and tails, canine ears and tails, bunny ears and tails, are quite common. Some of the appendages look real, while others are obviously cybernetic.

*several of hte lightning bugs land on her hand and move about giving off the occasional flash. a look of wonder seems to cross her face as she watches.
*she tries something a little off the wall. she recalls an image of the thief and asks the bugs IF the man in question is here tonight. since they are in the entrance of the place. most over look the simple fact of the insects, but she tries.

Sapphire stands directly behind Tesla and kinda stares in awe at the individuals around. Why on Earth would people subject themselves to this. I mean if it is the only means of survival I can understand but on the top of things all looks normal. Mind you this could be what happens because they do not get the drug in the past. She thinks to herself before asking Tesla while still standing behind him "Master Tesla can all this horror here be the result of the medication not being recieved in the past?"

Allan's ear perked at Sapphire's question, but figured he would let Tesla try to answer it first.
Otherwise, he recasts tongues on himself and takes in the environment, looking for a place that could seat the whole group.

Dryzh looked around wide-eyed ( hard not to with his oversized frog eyes but I digress). " Dryzh see many species besides humans, but none like this. Not understand, and why humans put machine parts on selves?"

"I'll need to access the medical history to be certain", he looked at some the modifications, "It wouldn't be a surprise. I'm more into the mechanical sciences. Darwin would be more qualified to answer...but I'm certain that it is linked to the thefts. When we get into that library will see. he looked a bit more concerned.
"A group friends and I were..are studying technologies effects people and society." Tesla wanted to know, if Darwin or any of fellow Evolutionary Technology Movement or Torchwood survived they might be of help. but that was a huge risk. Getting out of China could be difficult..
