Rhys can hope. Granted he did get along just fine without it. But still one can hope, pray and sacrifice to the greater powers of the Megaverse and hope that at some point the Brass will change its mind  |

Hope? there's a funny term for a soldier to rely on. and yes, Shep is going to play a part in the new direction of the story, which will take place about six months after the previous chapters.

Awesome and Rhys doesn't rely too much on hope he just hopes to get a Striker Sam one of these days. that's his only hope. Other than that he relies on his skill and wits to get by.
